Webinars on merch compliance and production

Seven recorded sessions covering the material that a buyer or an operator needs before an order runs, published as written pages rather than as video. A tax field, a labelling rule and a press profile are all easier to work from as text that can be searched, quoted and referred back to six months later than as a recording that has to be watched again.

What the sessions cover

CFDI 4.0 appears twice, from two angles: once structured around the invoice itself and once around what a producer has to have ready before it is issued. The duplication is deliberate — the buyer and the operator need different halves of the same document.

Compliance covers the rule sets that come up on almost every order and how they interact. Onboarding is aimed at a company setting up a merchandise programme for the first time, covering the approvals, the supplier selection and the calendar. Print production is a technical session on decoration methods and where their limits are. Sustainable sourcing covers what can be evidenced and what cannot.

How these sessions work

  • Written, not video-only. The full material is published as text on this site.
  • Topic-scoped. Each session answers one question rather than surveying everything.
  • Operations-led. Presented by the people who do the work, not by a sales team.
  • Not certification. Attending a session does not qualify anyone for anything.
  • Not advice. General explanations of a process, for a reader with their own adviser.
  • Free. No registration wall and no sales call attached.

What we are not

Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. Sessions are editorial and general in nature; nothing recorded here is fiscal, customs or legal advice. We are not an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any authority, platform or brand referred to in these sessions.

Ask for a session

If your team needs a topic that is not covered here, say which one and who it is for. If a group would rather work through its own brief than a prepared deck, tell us and we will structure the session that way.
