Architecture firm merch in Mexico
Studio merch, project-presentation kits, AIA Mexico conference merchandise, built-environment expo kits, and cross-border design-week merchandise for the Mexican architecture practice — Legorreta + Legorreta, Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, Esrawe + Cadena, FR-EE (Fernando Romero), JSa (Javier Sánchez), Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, Taller de Arquitectura (Ricardo Bofill's Mexico practice), MXDB, Productora, the studios of Mexico City Architecture Week, and the international design-week circuit (Venice, Milan, Chicago).
A practice that treats merch like a built work
Mexican architecture firms treat merchandise the way they treat a built work: the material, the finish, the typography, and the fabrication method are all deliberate choices, and the result has to look like a studio that knows what it is doing. The studio merch that comes out of Esrawe + Cadena's Polanco studio, out of Tatiana Bilbao's Condesa office, out of the Sordo Madaleno practice in Lomas de Chapultepec — it carries the studio's design signature in the same way a building carries the architect's signature, and a poor merch execution reads as a poor practice.
The merch programs run in two cycles. The internal cycle: the studio issues apparel, notebooks, and small-format tokens to its team, often produced in limited runs with a serial-numbered archive edition. The external cycle: project-presentation kits for the client meeting, conference kits for the AIA Mexico events and the Mexico City Architecture Week, exhibition merchandise for the Venice Architecture Biennale or the Chicago Architecture Biennial. The cross-border dimension is significant — the Mexican studio presents to the international client in Milan, New York, and Tokyo, and the kit has to clear customs at the receiving end.

FAQ — architecture firm merch
Studio team merch — small-run specialty?
Yes — we work with limited runs of 25 / 50 / 100 units, screen-printed in CDMX and Guadalajara against the studio's design specification. Risograph prints available for the limited-edition notebook and the archive-edition merchandise.
Project-presentation kits — leather quality tier?
Standard tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato; premium tier uses Italian vegetable-tanned leather from the Toscana partner (8–12 week lead time). Both tiers can be paired with a Lamy 2000 or a Caran d'Ache pen.
USD billing for the international client?
Yes — the international project-presentation kits are invoiced in USD against the client's procurement office. The kit ships from the Mexican hub and clears the receiving country's customs through the broker.
Mexico City Architecture Week annual cycle?
Annual cycle kits built from a Q1 forecast and a Q2 final-number lock. We coordinate with the studio's design team against the festival's identity program.
INDAUTOR registration for limited-run editions?
Yes — we coordinate with the studio's legal counsel on the INDAUTOR registration for the limited-run and archive-edition merchandise. The registration supports the studio's authorship claim.
Venice Biennale exhibition merchandise?
Yes — we coordinate the temporary-import paperwork for the exhibition merchandise, and the kit clears Italian customs through the studio's logistics partner in Venice. The merchandise ships from the Mexican hub 4–6 weeks before the exhibition opens.
