Terms, privacy notice and disclaimer
Three documents that apply to corp-merch.com.mx. The terms and conditions govern the use of this site and the handling of an inquiry. The privacy notice explains what happens to the data you send through the form. The disclaimer explains what this site is not: it is not a catalogue, not a price list, and not a statement that we are affiliated with any venue, association or brand named in the pages.
How these three fit together
Sending the form creates a business relationship of a very simple kind: you have asked us for a quote, and we have to reply. The privacy notice covers that exchange — your name, work email, company and the brief you send — and states how long it is kept and what happens to it afterwards. Nothing on this site asks for a recipient list, a payroll file or any other personal data beyond what the form asks for.
The disclaimer exists because this site names real venues, associations, venues and brands. Naming a company to describe a location or a delivery route does not make that company a partner, sponsor or customer of ours. The same applies to the content pages: they describe how merchandise programmes generally work in Mexico, and they are not legal, fiscal or tax advice.
What these documents cover
- Use of the site. What may be read, copied and quoted, and what may not be republished as our material.
- Inquiry data. What is collected by the form, how long it is retained and who inside the company sees it.
- Cookies and measurement. What the site sets, why, and how to refuse it.
- Quotation status. Prices and lead times on this site are indicative; only a written quotation is binding.
- Third-party names. Venue, association and brand names are descriptive and remain the property of their owners.
- Professional advice. Nothing here is legal, fiscal or investment advice.
