Product and city production matrix

Not every product is made in every city, and pretending otherwise is how a delivery ends up on a truck for three days longer than planned. This matrix links the products we make most often to the cities where they are actually produced: t-shirts cut and printed in Cancún and Mexico City, caps in Monterrey, mugs in Guadalajara. Each entry gives the minimum order quantity, the production route and the realistic lead time.

How to use the matrix

Start from the product and read across. If the quantity is below the minimum for a city’s own production run, the item is either consolidated with another order or routed through a different city — and that decision is made at quotation stage, not afterwards. A hundred polo shirts for a Cancún event do not have to be made in Cancún; they have to arrive in Cancún, and the route is a cost and time decision.

Read the lead time as a range, not a promise. The lower end applies when the artwork is approved and the base garment is in stock; the upper end covers a full production run from fabric. For anything event-driven, work backwards from the venue delivery window rather than forwards from the order date, because the venue does not move.

What each matrix entry states

  • Minimum order quantity. Per product and per decoration method, because they differ.
  • Production city. Where the item is actually cut, sewn and decorated.
  • Decoration available. Screen print, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, laser, depending on the material.
  • Lead time. From approved artwork to packed goods, and then the freight window separately.
  • Freight. Tracked delivery time from the production city to the delivery address.
  • Consolidation. When a small run is combined with another order to reach the minimum.

Every matrix entry

Four production routes, listed by product and city.

What we are not

Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. Production may be carried out with partner workshops in the cities named here; that does not make us an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any mill, factory, carrier or brand listed on this page.

Check your product and city

Send the product, the quantity and the delivery city. We will confirm the production route, the minimum for that route and the date we would hold for you — or tell you honestly that the quantity is below what that route supports.
