MICE merch programmes in Mexico

Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions are four different jobs that share one budget line. A delegate pack, a booth staff kit and a gala gift have almost nothing in common except that they all arrive in the same week, at the same venue, for the same event. This is the largest section on the site: twenty programmes, each with its own quantities, decoration and delivery logic, written for the organiser who has to make all of it work without the event noticing.

What makes MICE different from corporate merch

Three things. First, the date is immovable. A corporate order can slip a fortnight; an event cannot, so the production window closes earlier and the buffer has to be built in before the date rather than after it. Second, everything arrives at one address in a short window, which means packaging, labelling and consignment become a logistics problem rather than a distribution problem. Third, the audience is temporary: a delegate pack that is excellent may be worn once and forgotten, so the cost per head has to survive a very short useful life.

Those constraints push most MICE programmes towards a smaller number of well-chosen items rather than a wide catalogue. A lanyard, a notebook and one object worth keeping beats twelve giveaways that end up in a hotel bin. Where the programme is multi-destination or spans several days, the split between delivered stock and hand-carried stock is the decision that most affects cost.

What every MICE programme has to settle

  • Head count. Final numbers, not early registrations, because production cannot start on a range.
  • Delivery window. The venue’s loading hours, its supplier registration and who signs for the shipment.
  • Personalisation. Whether names are printed or handwritten, and whether that is decided before or at the venue.
  • Per-destination split. Separate kits per city or one consolidated consignment, and the freight difference between them.
  • On-site logistics. Who replenishes, who stores, and what happens to surplus after the event.
  • Invoicing. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA per entity, and Carta Porte 3.0 where freight is subcontracted.

What we are not

Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. We are not an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any congress, trade fair, hotel or venue named in this section, nor of any organiser of the events described. Venue and organiser names belong to their owners and appear descriptively to identify the event and the delivery logistics.

Quote for your event

Send the event type, the city, the dates, the expected head count and the venue if it is booked. We reply in under 24 business hours with a structured quotation and the production and delivery calendar we would hold against your date.
