For retreats at Valle de Bravo, Huatulco, the Yucatán haciendas, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, San Miguel de Allende and Querétaro, we coordinate delivery to the resort or hacienda with the property's receiving department, security and the property's dock window. For partner programmes that include a partner-day activity (the cenote tour, the cooking class, the yacht day), we pack the partner-day kit separately and coordinate the on-site distribution with the activities team.
