How corporate merch is priced in Mexico

There is no price list on this site, and that is deliberate. Merchandise prices depend on the product, the decoration, the quantity and the delivery city, and a published number would be wrong for almost every reader. What we can publish is the structure: which components make up a unit price, where volume changes the answer, and how a quotation is laid out so two of them can be compared.

What a unit price is made of

Four components, kept separate in every quotation we issue. Base product is the garment or the object before decoration, and it moves with the specification and the fabric. Decoration is the artwork applied: screen print, DTF, embroidery, woven label, sublimation or laser, each with its own setup and its own per-unit cost. Packing covers the bag, the box, the insert and the labelling, which is where most small-run costs hide.

Freight is quoted separately, because it depends on the destination rather than on the product. Everything above is in MXN; IVA is 16% and appears as a line, not folded into the unit price. Where a freight leg is subcontracted, Carta Porte 3.0 applies on top of that. Keeping these apart is what makes it possible to tell whether a cheaper quotation is cheaper because the product is different or because the specification was quietly dropped.

What moves a price

  • Volume. Breaks occur at different quantities per product and per decoration method, not at a single universal threshold.
  • Number of colours. Each screen colour adds a screen; embroidery adds stitch density and therefore thread and time.
  • Decoration coverage. A small chest logo and an all-over print are different orders of cost on the same garment.
  • Specification. Fabric weight, composition and finishing move the base price more than any branding decision.
  • Packing. A polybag is nearly free; a rigid gift box with an insert is a line item of its own.
  • Destination. Freight is quoted to the city and the delivery window, not to the country.

What we are not

Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. Figures on this site are illustrative and describe how pricing is structured; they are not an offer, a price list or a commitment. Only a written quotation issued against a specific brief is binding. We are not an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any brand or supplier named on these pages.
