Customer stories from Mexican merch programmes
Most proposals describe a catalogue. A programme story describes the decisions instead: what the brief actually asked for, what the volume turned out to be, which decoration method survived contact with the audience, and which part of the plan had to change when the date moved. This section holds two of those write-ups. They are short on purpose, because a story that runs to ten pages is usually a brochure.
What a programme story contains
Each story follows the same shape, because the same variables decide these programmes. It opens with the brief as it arrived: audience, count, date, budget and the constraint that mattered most. It then records the production decision — fabric, decoration, packing — and the logistics decision, including the venue or the distribution route.
Where the plan changed, the story says so and says why. A loyalty programme that had to move from a single national shipment to a regional split because one state’s redemption rate did not justify the freight is more useful to a reader than a clean success story. Nothing here is presented as a guarantee: volumes, dates and margins differ from programme to programme, and your brief will not be the same brief.
What to take from a story
- The brief as written. Compare it with yours before comparing anything else.
- The volume break. Where unit price steps change is usually more decisive than the decoration choice.
- The decoration method. Screen print, DTF, embroidery and woven label behave differently at different quantities.
- The delivery model. One national drop, regional splits and event-day hand delivery cost very different amounts.
- What moved. The changed element is the most instructive part of any programme.
- What it does not promise. These are two programmes, not a template for the next one.

What we are not
Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. The company names and programme types in these stories are described for reference. We are not an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any company, brand or distributor named on this page, and being described in a programme story does not make us a supplier of that company’s products.
Tell us about your programme
Send the audience, the count, the date and the constraint you are worried about. We reply in under 24 business hours with an approach and a quote, and we will tell you plainly if your brief does not need merchandise.
