Seasonal merch programmes for 2026
Seasonal merchandise in Mexico has two fixed dates and one negotiation. Day of the Dead and Guadalupe Reyes sit on the calendar and cannot move; summer holidays depend on when schools and offices close. That makes the order window the whole problem: production has to be finished and delivered before the date, and the date does not wait for an artwork approval that arrives late.
Planning a seasonal programme
Work backwards from the date. For a Day of the Dead distribution the goods have to be in the city and distributed before the first day of the celebration, which means the delivery window closes roughly three weeks earlier for most cities once freight is counted. Artwork approval has to be scheduled as a dated milestone, not as a stage people move through at their own pace.
Quantities are the other variable. Day of the Dead and Guadalupe Reyes both skew heavily towards family audiences rather than employees, which changes the product: the interest is in items that work at home and survive being carried, not items branded for an office. Summer programmes skew the other way, towards children and school-age audiences, where safety labelling and small parts change the specification entirely.
What to fix for a fixed date
- Artwork deadline. Set as a date with a consequence, not as a target everyone intends to meet.
- Approval route. One named approver, because a committee cannot hit a production date.
- Delivery by city. Separate dates per city where distribution is local rather than national.
- Quantity basis. Head count, households or sites — the three produce very different numbers.
- Product for the audience. What the recipient actually does with it determines the specification.
- Buffer stock. A percentage held at the workshop, because the shortfall is always in one city.
Every seasonal programme
Three seasonal programmes for 2026.
What we are not
Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. Cultural and religious dates are described calendrically. We are not an official partner, sponsor or approved supplier of any festival, brand or cultural institution referred to on this page, and no affiliation should be inferred from a date appearing here.
Book a seasonal programme
Send the date, the audience, the quantity and the cities. We will reply in under 24 business hours with the order window that date allows — and if that window has already closed, we will say so rather than quote a delivery you cannot receive.
