ESG summit kits for Mexican corporate sustainability programs
An ESG summit kit has to satisfy three constituencies at once. The investor who wants the GRI, SASB, TCFD and CDP disclosures at hand. The regulator (PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, CNH, CONAGUA) who audits the recycling claims, the chain-of-custody documents and the NOM compliance. The internal audience (the CSO, the sustainability team, the ESG investors relations team) who uses the kit to anchor the strategy. We assemble ESG summit kits for the Mexican-headquartered companies (FEMSA, CEMEX, Vitro, Xignux, Femsa, OXXO, Grupo Bimbo, Bimbo, Grupo Alfa, Grupo Elektra, Grupo Lala, Grupo Coppel), the multinational subsidiaries (Microsoft Mexico, Google Mexico, Amazon Mexico, Apple Mexico, Cisco Mexico, IBM Mexico, Salesforce Mexico) and the financial-services groups (BBVA Mexico, Santander Mexico, Banorte, Banregio, HSBC Mexico, Scotiabank Mexico, Citibanamex), in editions of 80–500 kits per summit. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for international procurement teams.
Why an ESG summit kit has to be audit-ready, bilingual and bilingual-copy reviewed
The Mexican ESG summit kit lives in a regulatory environment that is denser than the US or European ESG kit. The kit has to carry the GRI 405 (diversity), GRI 302 (energy), GRI 303 (water), GRI 305 (emissions), GRI 306 (waste) disclosures, the SASB human-capital and environmental metrics, the TCFD governance and strategy disclosures, the CDP climate and water questionnaires, the LGPGIR (Ley General para la Prevención y Gestión Integral de los Residuos) compliance, the PROFEPA audit-ready chain-of-custody documents, and the SEMARNAT environmental-impact documentation.
The bilingual handling is essential. The investor relations audience is bilingual; the regulator audience is Spanish-only; the internal audience is Spanish-dominant. The printed materials are bilingual (ES / EN), the principal object's debossed text is bilingual when relevant, the welcome card is bilingual, and the regional product is language-neutral. The kit has to satisfy three audiences with three language preferences.

Production window, regulator-facing documentation and CFDI
The ESG summit kit opens production 45–60 days before the summit: 21 days for creative, bilingual copy review, regulator compliance review and personalisation data collection, 14 days for production of the sustainable principal object and the briefing folder, 7 days for the local craft sourcing and the assembly, 5 days for final QC and delivery. For 500-piece editions, the production opens 90 days in advance with the chain-of-custody documents ordered ahead of the production gate.
The PROFEPA audit-ready documentation travels with every shipment. The CFDI 4.0 is issued to the operating entity with 16% IVA itemised; for international procurement teams, the commercial invoice is issued in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN. For ESG reports that ship to investors abroad, the kit travels with the ESG documentation pack and the bilingual summary. The LGPGIR compliance is documented on the ESG documentation pack's back page.
