Branded apparel roll-out for the Mexican workforce

A pre-priced bundle for the nationwide corporate apparel program — polos, t-shirts, softshell jackets, headwear, and complementary accessories, all branded, all NOM-004 textile-labelling compliant, all sized across the Mexican men's and women's charts. Designed for the multi-site workforce of 100–5,000 employees across the Bajío, the Norte, the CDMX metropolitan area, and the Pacific and Gulf coasts. The bundle ships in two waves (the launch wave and the steady-state wave), invoiced in MXN with CFDI 4.0 and 16% IVA; USD billing standard for the international parent's procurement office.

Why the apparel roll-out bundle is operationally distinct

The nationwide apparel program operates on a different cadence than the campaign merch. The campaign merch ships inside a six-week window to the venue; the apparel program ships in two waves across a six-month cadence, with the launch wave covering the executive cohort and the steady-state wave covering the broader workforce. The sizing data feed has to be locked before the launch wave ships, with a contingency size-run held in reserve for the steady-state wave's late joiners. The artwork has to clear the firm's brand-manual sign-off, which often runs against the same deadline as the production cut-off.

The Mexican sizing chart is the operationally distinct variable. The Mexican men's and women's charts run smaller than the US alpha charts; the launch wave has to be sized against the Mexican chart, not the US alpha. The NOM-004 textile-labelling compliance is mandatory on every garment that reaches a commercial end-user (which covers the entire workforce, not just the customer-facing cohort). The CFDI 4.0 with the appropriate USO CFDI code (G03 gastos en general for kits distributed to the workforce; I04 inventory-equivalent for the retail inventory held for replacement) is mandatory on every invoice.

Range USD 2–6 per piece for the contingency hold.

Shipping window, address handling and the nationwide footprint

The nationwide apparel program ships to the workforce's home addresses or to the multi-site offices, depending on the firm's HR practice. For shipping to home addresses, we use the recipient address list supplied by the firm's HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and validate each address through the Estafeta or FedEx Mexico API. For shipping to multi-site offices, we coordinate the cross-dock with the firm's logistics team and the carrier's multi-site distribution partner. The launch wave ships within four to six weeks of the artwork sign-off; the steady-state wave ships at month four of the six-month cadence.

For international parents that procure the apparel program from abroad and ship to their Mexican workforce, we issue the commercial invoice in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation. For apparel programs that are themselves shipped internationally (a multinational shipping to its workforce in the US, Europe or Asia), we coordinate international freight and the customs broker for the destination country. The USMCA preference criterion applies to the cross-border leg.
