Custom Branded Apparel — One Production Order, One Invoice, One Supplier

A corporate uniform program that needs tees, polos, hoodies, jackets and workwear pants typically ends up with four suppliers, four POs and zero visual consistency. We run the full apparel stack from a single PO: ringspun tees, pique polos, french-terry hoodies, softshell outerwear, bomber jackets, workwear denim, office shirting. Blank production comes out of the Iztapalapa and Gustavo A. Madero textile corridor, decoration runs in Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, León and Guadalajara, and shipping reaches any ZIP in Mexico under CFDI 4.0 with IVA 16% itemised. USMCA preference statements are issued when the same carton crosses to a US dealer event.

The five apparel lines we run

The Essentials line covers ringspun combed cotton tees at 180–200 g/m² (Bella+Canvas 3001, Next Level 3600, Gildan Softstyle 64000) and pique polos at 100% cotton 200–220 g/m² with tone-on-tone buttons. The Mid-Weight line is french-terry fleece hoodies with and without hood at 320 g/m² in 50/50 or 65/35 ringspun-poly, double-stitched at neck and armhole, rib 1×1 cuff and hem with spandex. The Outerwear line is three-layer softshell with TPU membrane 8,000 mm waterproof rating, bomber jackets with inner lining, coach jackets in 300D polyester with fleece lining. The Workwear line is 12 oz denim work jeans with reinforced seams, bib overalls and coveralls in 100% cotton twill with flame-resistant finish per NOM-026-STPS for welding environments.

For operational uniforms across plants, warehouses and last-mile fleets, the Workwear line ships with 3M Scotchlite reflective tape at chest, back and cuffs — required at most automotive supplier yards, logistics hubs and patio operations across the Bajío industrial corridor. For field crews and outdoor operations (CFE, Pemex, sugar mills, mining operations) we run the Outdoor line with C6 DWR water repellency without PFC, taped seams and adjustable storm hood. NOM-004 content composition is issued for any garment reaching commercial end-users, and USMCA supplier declarations are added when the same carton ships to a US dealer event. Bulk runs above 2,500 units ship from Cuautitlán Izcalli or San Luis Potosí on automated lines with 10–15 day lead time.

Decoration methods that actually hold up

Screen printing

The workhorse for runs of 100+ units with one to three spot colours. Plastisol or water-based ink, exact registration, per-unit cost that decreases with volume. Suitable for tees, polos and hoodies. Screens included on runs above 100 units.

DTF (Direct to Film)

For mid-volume runs (50–500) with full-colour art, gradients or photographic detail. We print on PET film, apply hot-melt adhesive and heat-press at 160 °C for 15 seconds. Fine detail, no screen-setup fee.

Computer embroidery

For polos, jackets, hoodies and caps. 40 wt polyester thread, 200-colour chart, standard left-chest 8×5 cm placement. Cut-away, tear-away and adhesive backings per garment. Embroidery is the perceived-quality upgrade.

Laser engraving and hot-stamping

For 600D polyester jackets, backpacks and portfolios. CO₂ 60W laser with adjustable depth. Hot-stamping in metallic gold, silver, copper or holographic foil. Premium look without ink.

How a multi-line apparel order actually runs

For corporates that need one invoice with multiple lines, we consolidate the PO and ship partial deliveries. The flow: line items, sizes and decoration methods → physical sampling of 2–5 units per line (5–7 business days) → sample approval and size-curve adjustment → production run (10–15 business days depending on volume) → consolidated or per-site delivery. Invoicing is per line with IVA 16% itemised, and for programs delivering to multiple branches (bank branches, hospitals, industrial plants) we issue one CFDI 4.0 per site with the site's own RFC and fiscal address.

For companies requiring special sizes (sizes up to 5XL, tall sizes, women's cut, unisex cut) we run an extended size curve with a one-time size-setup fee. For garments with special treatment (flame-resistant NOM-026-STPS, anti-static EN 1149-5, high-visibility ANSI/ISEA 107) the unit cost rises but operational safety is documented with technical sheet and lot certificate. Delivery to industrial plants in the Salamanca–León–Irapuato–Celaya corridor is scheduled with prior appointment at the security gate and a delivery note signed by the HR manager. Order intake forms accept RFQ submissions through the contact form below, with response under 24 business hours.

Capacity by lead time

Combined capacity across all decoration methods is 30,000 units per week. Short runs (50–100 units) go through the manual line in Tlalnepantla with 5–7 day lead time. Mid-volume runs (250–1,000) hit the semi-automatic lines in Naucalpan and Ecatepec with 7–10 day lead time. Mass runs (2,500+) run on the automated lines in Cuautitlán Izcalli and San Luis Potosí with 10–15 day lead time. For runs that cross the border (export under IMMEX or USMCA), delivery is scheduled with pedimento documentation and, when applicable, an export declaration to the Nuevo Laredo or Manzanillo customs house.

The typical composition of an apparel order is 40% tees, 25% polos, 15% hoodies, 10% jackets and 10% shirting or workwear jeans. We issue quarterly consumption reports for programs with an open annual PO — that lets you project budget precisely and reorder inventory as you need it. For corporates with monthly consolidated billing, deliveries for the month are grouped into one CFDI 4.0 with a payment complement (complemento de pagos) when you settle. The combined effect is one contract, one invoice, one supplier, multiple lines.

Shipping and packaging

For CDMX and the metropolitan area we deliver in 24–48 hours on our own route, and in urgent cases same-day before 11:00 with a surcharge. For the rest of the country we ship via Estafeta, Paquetexpress, FedEx or DHL Mexico with prepaid tracking. For deliveries to plants or industrial parks with restricted access, we offer a pickup point in Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Irapuato and Mérida — you collect with your own transport and we hand over the delivery note with shrink-wrapped pallet packaging.

Standard packaging: shrink-wrapped in packs of 25 units per size with a content label (colour, size, quantity). Gift packaging: individual polybag with brand hangtag, gift box with personalised ribbon, or non-woven cloth bag with closure — useful for end-of-year kits, VIP gifts or recognition campaigns. For runs that ship to department stores (Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro) or membership clubs (Sam's Club, Costco) we handle retail packaging with barcode, swing tag and SAT code per your category-management specs.

FAQ — corporate apparel in Mexico

What is the MOQ for a multi-line apparel order?

25 units per line for DTF or embroidery; 50 for screen printing. For an order with 4 distinct lines the consolidated floor is 100 units total. Below that we evaluate case by case, normally with a setup fee adjustment.

Can you mix multiple decoration methods in one order?

Yes — combining embroidery on polos, screen printing on tees and laser engraving on jackets within the same PO is common. Each method is invoiced by line and delivered in one consolidated shipment.

Do you handle extended sizes and women's cuts?

Yes — XS to 5XL on most styles, with women's and unisex curves available on tees, polos and hoodies. For jackets and jeans we run numeric sizes and straight or slim cuts.

How long does a multi-line apparel order take?

15–20 business days from art approval. Express line is 7–10 days with a +30% surcharge. Runs with special dye add another 7–10 days.

Do you issue CFDI 4.0 and what data do you need?

Yes — every order is invoiced under CFDI 4.0 at SAT with IVA 16% itemised. We need your RFC, legal name, fiscal address, and when you pay in instalments the payment complement (complemento de pagos) is issued on settlement.

Can you handle uniforms with safety standards?

Yes — we manufacture and decorate uniforms that comply with NOM-026-STPS (flame-resistant clothing), NOM-4-STPS (signage and safety colours) and EN 1149-5 (anti-static). Each unit ships with a technical sheet and lot certificate.
