Corp-Merch.MX produces and delivers corporate merch to corporate buyers, fair venues, public agencies, diplomatic missions, and hotels from a hub in Mexico City plus a network of regional workshops in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Merida, Tijuana, Leon, Puebla, Queretaro, Cancun, and twenty-plus additional cities. Every order ships with a CFDI 4.0 electronic invoice (SAT), 16% IVA in MXN, and Carta Porte 3.0 when a freight leg is subcontracted.
Mexico’s corporate calendar is quoted by venue. A sector conference at Centro Citibanamex, an industrial trade show at Poliforum Leon, an executive summit at Cintermex, and an incentive retreat at a Moon Palace property do not ask for the same uniform or the same tier of gifts. Treating Mexico as one undifferentiated mass of programs leads to generic kits that end up shelved in a hotel storage room. Organising the coverage by region and venue lets us reconcile the brief with production, freight, and invoicing.
The network behind Corp-Merch.MX operates by regional hub. The Mexico City hub serves the metropolitan area, Puebla, Queretaro, Toluca, Cuernavaca, and Pachuca; Guadalajara covers Jalisco, Aguascalientes, Leon, Tepic, and Colima; Monterrey serves Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Tamaulipas; Merida covers the Yucatan peninsula; Tijuana bridges into Mexicali, Chihuahua, and Sonora. For destinations without a local workshop (Cancun, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Acapulco), delivery leaves from Terminal 2 of AICM or by subcontracted ground freight with Carta Porte 3.0.
Each city carries a different operational profile. Mexico City and Monterrey are markets for large programs with SAT electronic invoicing and strict compliance with the Ley de Adquisiciones. Guadalajara and Leon are agroindustrial and textile hubs with high volumes and advance delivery to the Expo GDL or Poliforum dock. Merida, Cancun, and the Riviera Maya run on incentive and destination wedding logic with name-tagged pieces. Tijuana, Mexicali, and Ciudad Juarez manage cross-border logistics with US-bound manufacturing.
The production mix is decided by run size and category. Computerised embroidery for polo shirts, jackets, and caps in runs of 50 to 5,000 pieces — the most common method for corporate buyers in CDMX, Monterrey, and Guadalajara because of durability and presentation. Screen printing for t-shirts and tote bags in high-volume runs (500 to 10,000 pieces), with plastisol or water-based ink. Laser engraving for glassware, metal plates, and executive sets in premium runs of 20 to 200 pieces. Sublimation for full-fabric items and drinkware. UV printing for rigid surfaces and plastic or acrylic promotional items. Each technique has its time window and its price.
Items are produced in workshops by category. T-shirts and polos in Iztapalapa and Tlahuac (CDMX), Tlaquepaque (Jalisco), San Pedro (Nuevo Leon), and La Perla (Guadalajara). Glassware and premium gifts at the CDMX workshop with Jalisco crystal. Mugs and ceramics in Guanajuato. Canvas and eco-bags in CDMX, GDL, and MTY. Every batch passes quality control through visual inspection and, when applicable, dimensional control; defects in sewing, decoration, or packing are reworked at no charge.
Delivery logistics are confirmed in writing. For formal venues (Citibanamex, WTC, Expo Santa Fe, Expo GDL, Poliforum Leon, Cintermex, Centro de Congresos QRO, CIC Merida, Cancun Center, Moon Palace Arena, Banamex Monterrey) we require a loading slot, a named consignee, and a dock window in writing. For destinations without a formal dock (venues in Polanco, Roma, Condesa, Andares, Midtown, San Pedro, boutique hotels, Punta Mita resorts) drop-off is coordinated with the venue host and the hotel concierge. The principle is the same: written confirmation, named window, on-site contact.
The list covers production hubs, cities served by ground transport, cities served by air freight from Terminal 2 of AICM, and tourism destinations with incentive and destination-wedding logistics. Each card links to the venue page with venue profile, typical run sizes, and examples of programs run for corporate buyers.
