Corporate merch product catalogue for Mexico

The Corp-Merch.MX catalogue gathers the blank products corporate Mexico programs ask for most across CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, León, Mérida, Tijuana, and Puebla. We work on Mexican-grown cotton and national-mill runs, GRS-recycled blends, GOTS-certified organic cotton, stainless steel for thermalware, Mexican-factory crystal, leather from Guanajuato tanneries, and technical accessories (USB, power banks, audio, hubs) backed by NOM-024-SCFI-2013 compliance and CFDI 4.0 invoicing line by line. Each product card links to the standalone page with minimum quantities, decoration techniques, materials, and lead times so your quote closes the match against the purchase order without post-delivery adjustments.

How the right product for a Mexican program is selected

Selecting merch product for a corporate Mexico rollout is not downloading an international catalogue and choosing the cheapest line item. It is a technical decision with four variables that have to live together: target audience, the tax treatment the item carries, the decoration technique the material tolerates, and the production window the program allows. When those four variables line up, the match between what the corporate team needs, what the employee will receive, and what the SAT wants to see stamped on the CFDI closes without surprises. When the product is chosen without thinking about the technique, or the quantity is closed without checking the Carta Porte, change orders reopen the purchase order mid-run.

The first variable is the audience. For operating programs on the plant floor (manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, retail, construction) we choose product that survives industrial laundering and frequent drops: ring-spun cotton polos with pre-shrunk treatment, hoodies on brushed-spun 320 GSM fleece, twill six-panel caps with stitched brims, 18/8 stainless steel thermos bottles with screw-cap lids and double-wall vacuum, Cordura-reinforced backpacks with double stitching, notebooks on 75-gram bond paper that handle a full shift in a coverall pocket. For office and employee-recognition programs we choose product with stronger presentation: etched crystal, leather sets with visible stitching, aluminum-barrel pens with refill cartridges, wooden boxes laser-engraved with the corporate monogram. For trade-show floors and BTL activations we choose travel-ready takeaway product: brushed cotton tote bags, rechargeable USB lighters, luggage tags, executive travel kits.

The second variable is the decoration technique. Screen printing for runs of fifty to ten thousand pieces with one to four spot colors on cotton and on tote bags. Embroidery for polos, hoodies, jackets, and backpacks when the goal is a higher-value finish and the setup premium is acceptable. Sublimation for full-color work on mugs, mousepads, and white textile. DTF and DTG for polos with gradients, photographs, or multi-color marks. Laser engraving for metal (thermos, pens, USB), wood (boxes, notebooks), and leather (folders, document holders). Pad printing for rigid curved pieces (pens, keychains, USB shells) and ceramic (mugs with handles). Each technique carries its own order minimum and its own setup per color and per position, and prices change between certified workshops across Mexican states.

The third variable is the tax treatment that applies to the item. If the product bills in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA broken out line by line, we declare it on the quote before production starts. If your tax regime triggers IVA withholding, we add it on a separate line so your accounting platform (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP Business One) closes the match without adjustment. If the shipment crosses the border as a definitive export under IMMEX, we issue the pedimento and hand it to your customs broker with the proforma archived. If the shipment stays inside the country with Estafeta, Paquetexpress, FedEx Mexico, or DHL Mexico, we generate Carta Porte 3.0 with the mandatory SAT complement and deliver it alongside the CFDI XML. If your audit asks for LFPDPPP, NOM-035 textile labeling, or GOTS and OEKO-TEX certificates, we attach them to the shipment so your compliance file closes clean from the first cut.

The fourth variable is the production window. Five business days for short runs with screen printing and embroidery; ten business days for medium runs with several techniques in parallel; fifteen to twenty business days for long runs with full-color work or assembled technical pieces. If your program is gated by an event, plan the PO with a four-week margin before the build date. If you are racing a fiscal year-end season, plan with at least eight weeks. Each product card links to the page with the specific lead time and the covered delivery cities.

How to quote a single item or an item-only order

To quote a single item (no bundle required), send the brief with five key data points. First, the specific catalogue item you want, with the URL of the standalone page or the product name your team already calls it. Second, the number of pieces per item and the total order quantity. Third, the delivery cities (CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, León, Mérida, Puebla, or nationwide coverage). Fourth, the dates you need met (production, kitting, and delivery to destination) and, if the order ties to a trade-show build, the date and venue of the trade show. Fifth, the tax treatment that applies to the line (16% IVA, exempt, withholding, or definitive export under IMMEX) so the quote ships with the correct treatment from the first draft.

With that base we respond within twenty-four business hours with a breakdown in Mexican pesos before IVA, decoration options matched to material and volume, a three-tier volume table (50, 250, 500 pieces), and for annual programs, a five-tier table. If your program crosses the border under IMMEX or USMCA we include the pedimento, the Carta Porte 3.0 for the international transport leg, and we hand the shipment to your customs broker with the proforma archived. If your audit asks for NOM-035 textile labeling, GOTS, or OEKO-TEX, we attach the certificates to the shipment.

Request a quote with Mexican-peso line breakdown

Share your product brief and we will reply with a MXN breakdown including IVA, decoration options matched to material and volume, and verifiable client references in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, León, Mérida, and Tijuana. If your program is recurring or multi-quarter, we run master agreements with monthly orders and issue the complemento de pago on each partial payment, in line with SAT requirements under CFDI 4.0.
