Corporate merch at the Cancún airport corridor — incentive groups and USMCA programs
Branded polos, executive welcome kits and luggage tags for incentive groups arriving through the Cancún International Airport (IATA: CUN), the all-inclusive hotel cluster along the Zona Hotelera, the Riviera Maya corridor and the destination-management companies that run high-volume reward trips. Invoicing in MXN with 16% IVA via CFDI 4.0 (SAT); USD billing and USMCA preference-criterion statements for foreign-parent procurement teams.
The Caribbean gateway of Mexico
Cancún is the most-visited international destination in the Mexican Caribbean. The city is built around two geographic anchors: the Cancún International Airport (IATA: CUN) — Mexico's second-busiest by passenger volume, with more than 30 million annual passengers and direct service from most major North American, European and Latin American hubs — and the 22-kilometre-long Zona Hotelera, the thin sandbar that hosts more than 150 hotels, the convention centre (CANCÚN CENTER), the all-inclusive mega-resorts and the high-density tourist strip.
The local economy runs on tourism: more than 8 million hotel-room nights per year, US$15 billion in annual tourism revenue, and a support cluster of destination-management companies (DMCs), inbound tour operators, ground handlers, restaurant groups and retail operators. The corridor north of the airport (Puerto Juárez, Punta Sam) handles the cruise terminal and the ferry to Isla Mujeres, while the corridor south (Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal) carries the Riviera Maya tourism region.
Incentive groups and USMCA-aligned programs
Cancún is the second-largest incentive-group market in Latin America, behind Punta Cana. US-headquartered companies run annual reward trips that bring 200 to 5,000 attendees per group, typically over 3 to 5 days at one of the all-inclusive mega-resorts (Moon Palace, Hilton Cancún, Marriott Cancun, Fiesta Americana Condesa, Iberostar Selection, Paradisus, Atelier). For these groups we produce welcome kits, room drops, branded luggage tags, monogrammed robes, group photo prints and farewell gifts in runs of 200 to 5,000 pieces per item.
For US-parent companies operating under USMCA, we coordinate the preference criterion for goods that travel back across the border — embroidered polos, machined leather pieces, engraved glassware — so that the goods shipped from Cancún do not require re-invoicing or US-side duties when the supplier declaration is filed. The IMMEX (Maquiladora and Manufacturing Export Decree) framework applies to the maquiladora suppliers in the Benito Juárez and Solidaridad municipalities that produce goods for re-export; we work with those maquiladoras on cross-border drops and IMMEX documentation.
Hotel zone and the DMC cluster
The Zona Hotelera is one of the most concentrated hotel markets in the Americas: more than 30,000 hotel rooms in a 22-km-long strip, with brand flags that include Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Barceló, Meliá, Palladium, Sandals, RIU, Palace Resorts, Bahía Príncipe and AMResorts. Hotel revenue managers, F&B directors and convention-services coordinators order staff polos, branded gift kits, executive gifts, welcome kits for VIP guests and very large-volume amenity runs for all-inclusive guests.
The DMC cluster (Aventura, Incentive Travel, Experiencias, Fiesta, Travel & Tours, Meetings & Events, Welcome DMC and a roster of boutique agencies) sources day-of merchandise, gala-night gifts, themed-event kits and very specific co-branded merchandise for corporate clients. Conference and incentive programs are typically 200 to 5,000 attendees per program, with merchandise runs that scale to that volume. The Cancún Center convention venue (formerly Cancún Cancun Center) handles concurrent corporate events of 50 to 4,000 attendees per session.

Lead times and Cancún delivery
Our operation covers Cancún city, the Zona Hotelera, Puerto Juárez, Punta Sam, Isla Mujeres (via the maritime terminal), the Riviera Maya corridor south to Tulum, and the inland Cancún-Palenque logistics corridor. Production leaves our central workshop and arrives via consolidated air-freight at the Cancún International Airport (IATA: CUN), via specialist road freight for the hotel-zone drops, or directly to the convention centre loading dock. Standard lead times: 10 to 15 business days for production plus 3 to 5 days for delivery in Cancún.
For incentive-group programs we keep base inventory of welcome-kit components, room-drop essentials and amenity runs with 5 to 10 business-day express turnaround. Large-volume runs above 1,000 units are coordinated on a per-program basis with a 4 to 6 week planning horizon. The hurricane-season window (September to early November) affects the consolidated road freight lane from the Estado de México industrial corridor, and we re-route to air when necessary at additional cost.
What we are not
Corp-Merch is a corporate merch, uniform and executive gift brand for businesses. We are not part of the Cancún municipal government, the Quintana Roo state tourism agency (SEDETUR), the Asociación de Hoteles de Cancún or any of the hotels, DMCs or all-inclusive mega-resorts named on this page. We do not sell shirts to the general public and we have no consumer-facing retail store in Cancún. We work exclusively on corporate purchase orders with CFDI 4.0 invoicing.
We do not sell airline ticket branding, airport advertising, on-board amenity kits, tour-bus signage, or souvenir merchandise to the general public. We do not work on consumer-facing projects that require STA (Secretaría de Turismo) approvals or SEMARNAT environmental permits beyond the NOM-050 chain-of-custody documentation that we already provide for qualifying ESG programs. Our scope is the corporate merch, uniform and incentive-gift program for businesses operating under CFDI 4.0 with corporate purchase orders.
