Service status
This section tracks the operation rather than the catalogue: which stage an order has reached, what is running behind, and what to do when a date moves. Merchandise has no traffic to report and no API uptime to publish, so the status pages here are written for a specific purpose: knowing whether a delivery will arrive on the day something else is happening.
What the status pages cover
An order moves through a fixed sequence, and each stage has a different failure mode. Artwork approval stalls when the approver is unavailable. Production stalls on a material shortage or a machine fault. Packing stalls on a labelling error. Freight stalls on a weather event or a missed loading window at the venue. A status page that only says “in production” is useless for all four, which is why these pages describe the stage and the expected exit date.
Where a date is at risk, the useful information is the new date rather than an apology. Both status pages in this section are written that way: what is delayed, what it affects, and the decision required from the client.
What a status entry states
- Stage. The production stage the order has actually reached, not the last one it reported.
- Expected exit. The date the stage should complete, and whether it is at risk.
- The cause. Material, artwork, packaging, freight or venue access, stated plainly.
- The effect. Which delivery date moves and which does not.
- The decision needed. Anything the client has to choose: approve a substitute, accept a later date, split the shipment.
- The contact. A person, not a queue.
Every status page
Two status pages, one describing the operation and one written for clients.
What we are not
Corp-Merch.MX is an independent production workshop for corporate merch, uniforms and business gifting, invoicing to SAT under CFDI 4.0. A status page describes our own production and delivery operation only. We are not a carrier, a courier or a service-status aggregator, and we do not publish the status of any third-party delivery network or venue.
Ask about an order
Send the order reference and the date you need. If a date is at risk we will say so in the first reply, with the new date and the decision we need from you.
