Service status
This page shows the operational status of the platforms and services Corp-Merch.MX uses to serve clients, receive quotes, issue invoices, coordinate shipments and respond to messages. The information updates automatically every five minutes from our internal monitors; when there is an ongoing incident, we publish a note with the detail, scope and estimated recovery time. If you are experiencing an issue that does not appear here, please report it to the support team.
Operational summary
All main services are operational. The last check ran three minutes ago and no incidents were detected. The panel shows status by individual service with its respective availability history over the last thirty days. When a service shows degradation, we publish a note with the cause and the corrective action.
To stay informed of major incidents, you can subscribe to the RSS feed or follow the status account on X. We do not send email notifications to avoid inbox overflow.

Internal platforms
Internal platforms include the client portal (where you consult your orders, invoices and receipts), the supplier portal (where allied workshops upload production evidence), the kardex platform (for inventory management by cost center) and the commercial proposal tool (where the sales team generates quotes). All four platforms are monitored at the same frequency and share the same availability target.
Scheduled maintenance runs on Sundays between 2:00 and 5:00 am Mexico City time. During that window there may be brief periods of unavailability. Critical maintenance is announced at least seventy-two hours in advance.
Recent incident history
The last thirty days passed without critical incidents. The historical record is available for consultation and shows the detail of each event, its duration, scope and root cause. Incidents are classified into four levels: critical (service unavailable), major (significant degradation), minor (intermittency) and informational (scheduled maintenance).
Each resolved incident is accompanied by a post-mortem note with the timeline, root cause analysis and preventive actions implemented. That note is published on this same site within five business days of incident resolution.
Quality metrics
Corp-Merch.MX operational metrics are measured monthly and published in the quarterly client report. The main indicators are: OTIF (On Time In Full) on deliveries, defect rate at delivery, average quote response time, average incident resolution time, and percentage of invoices rejected by SAT. The targets for each indicator are aligned with the SLA of master agreements.
If you want access to the full quarterly report, talk to your account executive. The report is delivered in signed PDF by the operations manager and accompanied by a review call.
