How a Mexican Order Works
Designed around SAT compliance, customs paperwork and Central Time responsiveness
Brief & RFC
Send quantities, items and your RFC so we can build a CFDI 4.0-correct proposal with the right IVA treatment from the first message.
Pre-production Sample
We ship a real unit to your oficina — not a stock image — so colors, fabric weight and print size match before production begins.
Customs & IVA Planning
For imported inputs under IMMEX, we coordinate the pedimento flow and confirm whether IVA 16% or a 0% rate applies to your line.
Manufacturing
Production runs with the agreed decoration technique — serigrafía, bordado, sublimación or grabado — and a final QA before packing.
MX Shipping & CFDI
We dispatch via Estafeta, FedEx Mexico, DHL Mexico or Paquetexpress, share the guía tracking and issue the CFDI stamped by SAT within 72 hours.
Why Mexican Procurement Teams Pick Us
Practical reasons, not marketing copy
CFDI 4.0 Ready
Every invoice is stamped by SAT with the correct uso de CFDI and the public address of your razón social — no manual XML reformatting for your ERP.
IMMEX Coordination
For buyers operating under the IMMEX program, we file the temporary import paperwork through our trade partners in Nuevo Laredo and Veracruz.
Central Time Support
Our account team works 09:00–18:00 Hora del Centro, year-round (Mexico does not observe DST). No surprise 5 AM replies to your queries.
MXN or USD
Invoice in pesos through SPEI or in US dollars via wire — useful when corporate procurement sits in the US and the delivery point is in Monterrey.
Last-Mile Carriers
Estafeta, FedEx Mexico, DHL Mexico and Paquetexpress — we pick the operator based on destination, weight and required signature.
English, Español, Русский
Native speakers for English, Spanish and Russian-speaking teams — useful for the European groups that have a Mexican subsidiary.
Familiar with How Mexican Business Works
We work alongside the trade bodies that set the rules
Our account managers have handled recurring programs for members of CANACINTRA, CONCAMIN, INDEX Nacional and COMCE. We also coordinate with Bancomext when programs are partially financed through Mexican trade-promotion credit lines. Procurement teams moving RFPs through these bodies get the documentation they expect on the first try.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Mexican buyers ask us first
What's the minimum order for a Mexico-based project?
Most apparel and drinkware lines start at 50 units. Welcome packs can run from 25 sets. For prototype runs (pre-ITM, sample for a hotel brand refresh), we accept orders as small as 10 units.
Can you issue CFDI 4.0 with our RFC and domicilio fiscal?
Yes. We need your RFC, razón social, régimen fiscal and domicilio fiscal coded (CP included) and we issue the CFDI stamped by SAT, with the uso de CFDI you specify.
Do you work with IMMEX-bonded inventory?
For buyers operating under IMMEX, we coordinate temporary import flows through trade agents in Nuevo Laredo and the port of Veracruz. Reach out before the PO so we can structure the pedimento correctly.
How fast do you deliver within Mexico?
Production usually takes 10–15 business days after proof approval. Domestic transit is 1–3 days for CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Querétaro via Estafeta or Paquetexpress; 3–5 days to Tijuana, Mérida and Cancún.
Do you handle recurring programs?
Yes — quarterly welcome packs, weekly consumable replenishment for resort brands and annual dealer kits are our daily work. We hold blanket POs and release call-offs against them.
