Service status

This page is the single source of truth for the operational health of Corp-Merch.MX. Every component we rely on to receive your brief, quote it accurately, manufacture in our partner network, ship from the Mexico City or Tijuana hubs, and issue a CFDI 4.0 invoice has its own indicator below. The board is polled every three minutes from monitors deployed in our hosting environment and our carrier integrations. If something here is red, a published incident report will follow with scope, affected customers, and estimated time to recovery.

Component health at a glance

Public website & quote forms

The corp-merch.com.mx site, the localized country sites, and the quote intake forms across product, event, MICE and uniform flows. When this component is degraded, new briefs cannot be sent.

Status: Operational. Last 30-day uptime 99.97%.

Quoting & pricing engine

The internal cost matrix that pulls screen-printing, embroidery, sublimation, cut-and-sew, sourcing and duty inputs. A failure here means slower replies to incoming quotes but does not block orders already placed.

Status: Operational.

CFDI 4.0 invoicing & Carta Porte 3.0

Connection to our authorized PAC provider for stamping CFDI 4.0 and the Carta Porte complement for cross-state shipments. Issues here delay invoice delivery, not production.

Status: Operational. All stamps clear SAT validation within two seconds.

Manufacturing slots & shipment tracking

Workshops in Mexico City (Iztapalapa, Tlalnepantla), Tijuana maquila corridor (Mesa de Otay, La Mesa), Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque) and Mérida (Cid industrial). When a workshop is offline, orders in that region fall back to the next nearest hub.

Status: Operational. Tijuana hub lead time currently 9 business days.

How incidents are communicated

When a component moves from green to red, the on-call engineer has fifteen minutes to publish an initial note. The note is in English and Spanish, lists the affected customer segment (new quotes, existing orders, invoicing, all), and assigns a recovery ETA. The note is updated every hour until green again. Customers with an open order in the affected segment receive an additional email in their working language: English for North American clients, Spanish for Mexican clients, Russian for CIS-region buyers who placed orders through our Moscow or Almaty channel.

If a brief you sent is not appearing on the dashboard within an hour, please use the form below to flag it. We will trace it manually through the ingestion pipeline and respond inside one business day. False positives help us improve the monitors, so do not hesitate to write even if you are not certain.

Maintenance windows

We avoid maintenance during the working hours of Mexico City (UTC-6). Routine database work runs between 02:00 and 05:00 local time on Sunday. Major platform upgrades are scheduled 48 hours in advance and announced on this page with a green-to-amber pre-notice. The 2026 calendar lists two planned windows: 16 March for the quoting engine migration and 12 October for the Carta Porte 3.1 readiness rollout.

Corp-Merch.MX publishes this status board as a transparency tool for clients and partners. Indicators reflect internal monitoring data and may lag the real state by up to five minutes. The board does not constitute a service-level agreement. Active contracts reference the SLA section of the master agreement, not this page.
