Travel-kit programme — 3–5 destinations
Branded drawstring backpack, branded luggage tag, branded water bottle, branded eye mask, branded neck pillow, branded travel-size amenity kit, bilingual ES/EN travel programme. Per-set cost from $1,400 MXN. Designed for the rotating destination format.
Consolidated programme — 3+ destinations
Branded master kit (delivered to the participant's home before the programme starts) plus city-specific refresh kits at each destination. The master kit holds the participant notebook, the programme binder and the alumni-network materials; the refresh kits hold the city-specific apparel and gifts. Per-set cost from $2,650 MXN.
Production, MOQ and lead times
Decoration capacity in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, León, Mérida and Cancún handles screen-print, embroidery, UV print, leather engraving, foil stamping, work printing and the premium packaging assembly the multi-destination market expects. MOQ 50 per destination for the city-by-city and travel kits; 30 per destination for premium and consolidated. Volume breaks at 100 / 250 / 1,000 with discounts up to 20% from 250. Standard lead time 4–6 weeks for premium and consolidated kits; 3–4 weeks for city-by-city and travel kits; rush 10–14 days at +35% surcharge.
Multi-city drop-ship is coordinated from the production node closest to each destination. Mexico City kits drop from the CDMX production node to Centro Citibanamex, WTC CDMX, Polanco and Reforma; Guadalajara kits drop from the GDL node to Expo GDL and the Andares / Providencia district; Monterrey kits drop from the MTY node to Cintermex and San Pedro; León kits drop from the Bajío node to Poliforum León and the Zona Piel; Mérida kits drop from the YUC node to Siglo XXI and the Centro de Congresos; Cancún kits drop from the Q.Roo node to the Zona Hotelera resorts.
