Webinar: onboarding for new customers
Live session directed at new customers of the workshop. We cover the corporate merch programme structure, the brief, the quote, the artwork approval, quality control, delivery and post-delivery support. One hour with room for questions.
Webinar objective
The onboarding webinar aims to help new customers of the workshop know the corporate merch programme structure before their first order. We cover from the documentation needed for homologation to the criteria for acceptance of the finished product. The session is designed for procurement, marketing, HR, compliance and operations officers who participate in the merch project decision chain.
The approach is operational: we show what a well-done brief looks like, what a complete quote looks like, what documented evidence we deliver at each stage and how delivery is coordinated with corporate protocol. The session also addresses the most common errors we see in first orders — incomplete brief, incorrectly collected sizes, low-resolution artwork — and how to prevent them.
Detailed syllabus
The webinar is divided into eight blocks of five to eight minutes each. Block 1: merch programme structure and use cases. Block 2: brief — what information we need, what information we don't need, and how to fill the format. Block 3: quote — what it includes, what it excludes, commercial conditions and validity.
Block 4: artwork approval — format, resolution, colour, adjustments. Block 5: production — capacity, partner workshops, in-line quality control and AQL sampling for large runs. Block 6: delivery — coordination with corporate protocol, multiple destinations, events, fairs, launches. Block 7: CFDI 4.0 invoicing with Carta Porte complement where applicable, and quality documents. Block 8: questions and answers.
Who it is directed at
The webinar is directed at four profiles. Procurement officers who evaluate homologating a Mexican workshop for their merch programme. Marketing officers who manage merch campaigns and need to understand the process to plan calendars. HR officers who manage welcome kits, anniversaries and recognition.
Compliance and quality officers who need to understand the documentation we deliver and how it aligns with their internal formats. The session is also useful for startup founders and SMBs structuring their first merch programme and wanting to avoid common errors in the first order.
Session calendar
The webinar is offered twice a month, on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 10:00 to 11:00 CDMX time. Sessions are via videoconference with personalised link, and the recording is sent to attendees within forty-eight business hours. End-of-quarter sessions have emphasis on seasonal topics — year-end closings, fairs, Q4 events — and are booked with more lead time.
For corporate customers with large teams or multiple areas involved we organise private sessions adapted to their programme context. The private session lasts one to two hours, is scheduled with the workshop's commercial and quality team and allows deeper exploration of points of greatest interest to the customer.
Registration and materials
Registration is requested through the form on this page. Once the request is received we send confirmation by email with the session link, prior materials — brief guide, reference quote format — and the pre-survey for the customer to indicate points of interest. Confirmation is sent within two business days.
Post-session materials include the recording, extended FAQ, the list of common errors with solutions, and an anonymised case study. Corporate attendees who schedule their first order within thirty calendar days of the webinar receive an additional mentoring session at no cost.
Benefits of attending
Attendees of the webinar report three main benefits. The first is reducing first-order time: customers who attend the webinar before quoting complete their first project twenty to thirty per cent faster than those who do not. The second is preventing rework: prior knowledge of the process reduces brief changes and artwork approval errors.
The third is improving internal negotiation: when the team that approves the merch programme has attended the webinar, the internal approval process flows more clearly because everyone understands scope, conditions and timelines. Customers with cross-functional teams in procurement, marketing and compliance report that the webinar helps align expectations from the start.

The onboarding webinar is an informative session about the workshop's programme. Participation does not constitute a commercial commitment or substitution of the quotation process. Specific conditions for each customer are confirmed in writing before the first order. Corp-Merch.MX is a Mexican workshop for corporate merch production; we operate independently and the webinar information corresponds to the workshop's usual practice at the time of recording.
