Distributor, wholesaler and franchisee onboarding kits for Mexico

When a brand opens a new distribution channel in Mexico — a hardware store chain in the Bajío, a parts distributor network in the north, a service franchise in the southeast — the first tangible object the new partner receives defines the quality of the relationship. The distributor onboarding bundle delivers consolidated, with brand manual, operational uniform and POP material ready for the showroom. We work with brands in hardware, building materials, automotive parts, medical equipment, white goods, tools, agribusiness, food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care that are opening or renewing their network in Mexican territory. The bundle is assembled in our Mexico City workshop and shipped to any domestic address with tracking.

How a manufacturer brief becomes a channel activation box

A brand that is setting up a new channel in Mexico typically carries a brief on three layers. The first is commercial: zones, sales targets per territory, categories, margins, incentive policy. The second is operational: inventory level each distributor must maintain, ordering system, regional supervisor visit cadence, current catalogue. The third is symbolic: what gestures, messages and objects communicate that the new distributor is now part of the network. The onboarding bundle addresses mainly the third, but is built with the data from the first two, because the objects handed by a paint manufacturer to its new distributor in Monterrey are not the same as those handed by a cosmetics brand to its new franchisee in Mérida.

The process begins with a brief call — in Polanco, Santa Fe, Del Valle, over Zoom or on-site if the brand has operations in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Puebla or León — where we gather four data points: number of distributors to onboard in the first quarter, regions or logistics routes, tentative launch dates, brand manual and palette. With those data points we build the first box prototype and submit it for approval before the full run. Once confirmed, we open the production order, allocate batches by zone and deliver with a calendar pinned per distributor so the regional supervisor can hand it over on their next visit.

What we deliver consolidated

Operational uniform

Embroidered polo with logo on the left chest and the distributor name on the right chest when the manufacturer wants that detail. Sizes CH to 3XG, unisex or differentiated cut. For floor or warehouse work we add a reflective-stripe work shirt and a trucker cap with front embroidery.

Brand manual and folder

Three-ring binder or three-hole folder with matte laminate cover, containing the brand manual printed in two colours, the logo usage guide, the price and discount policy, the year's promotional calendar, POP templates and order forms. Packed in a biodegradable polyethylene bag.

Showroom POP material

Corrugated cardboard display with floor or counter structure, rigid PVC or micro-perforated banners for storefront, window decals, price tag holders, product display. Printed in four-colour process with the artwork approved by the manufacturer's marketing department.

Welcome object and starter kit

Kraft box with the manufacturer's seal in deboss or foil, containing a ceramic mug, A5 stitched notebook with two-colour cover, roller pen with the logo, USB with the digital manual and editable POP files. Kraft envelope with a card signed by the manufacturer's CEO in Mexico.

Production and logistics for the distribution network

The standard bundle in kraft box starts at MXN 945 before IVA per unit on a 50-piece run. With a matte laminate folder, manual printed in two colours and showroom POP, the cost rises to MXN 1,485. With a rigid box with magnetic closure, gold foil stamping and full POP for storefront, MXN 2,680 per unit on a 30-piece run. MOQ is 30 bundles for channel launch; from 150 bundles monthly we negotiate an annual programme with recurring production and safety stock by zone.

Shipments leave our CEDIS in Vallejo or Iztapalapa with tracking through Estafeta, Paquetexpress, FedEx Mexico or DHL Mexico, depending on destination and urgency. For networks with coverage in hard-to-reach areas — Sierra Tarahumara, the Chiapas coast, Oaxaca municipalities — we use local courier with delivery confirmation via WhatsApp from the distributor's point of contact. Delivery is scheduled per distributor to coincide with the regional supervisor's visit; when the manufacturer wants Corp-Merch to make the delivery directly, the supervisor only signs the receipt and the distributor opens the box in their presence.

We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT, using the manufacturer's RFC and tax address. When delivery is made to multiple distributors in different cities, we issue a CFDI per destination with Carta Porte 3.0 complement when transportation is on our account. For manufacturers with IMMEX operations in Tijuana, Juárez, Reynosa, Saltillo, Querétaro or Apodaca, we manage the programme registration in the system and issue the pedimento when the material crosses the border as a temporary import.
