Onboarding
Corporate welcome kit 2026
The new-hire welcome package. Polo shirt, thermos, notebook, USB with employee handbook, and tote bag. Ready for day-one hand-off.
The Corp-Merch.MX bundle catalogue gathers the pre-built compositions we run most often for corporate Mexico programs: annual onboarding, trade-show floors, fiscal year-end, and executive recognition. Every bundle is a curated mix of blank product, customization by technique (screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, DTF, laser engraving or pad printing), individual packaging, and shipping under Carta Porte 3.0. We source on Mexican sizing and unit standards, ship with Estafeta, Paquetexpress, FedEx Mexico and DHL Mexico from any local hub, and issue CFDI 4.0 invoices line by line so your accounts-payable team closes the match against the purchase order without post-delivery adjustments.
A corporate merch bundle is not the sum of blank products on a spreadsheet; it is the composition of three layers that have to speak the same operating dialect of the brand. The product layer covers what people touch and use every day. The customization layer covers the printing technique chosen for material and volume. The compliance layer covers what the SAT, the courier, and the customs broker need to see so the invoice clears and the shipment crosses the road or the airport without friction. We resolve all three at the same time from the brief, not from delivery, because deciding the material without thinking about the technique, or closing the packaging without checking the CFDI, creates the change orders that reopen the purchase order mid-production.
The first layer, the product layer, is decided by audience. For operating-floor programs in manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, construction sites, hotels, and retail chains we choose products that survive industrial laundering, hard use, and frequent drops: ring-spun cotton polos with pre-shrunk treatment, brushed cotton twill caps with front embroidery, double-wall stainless steel thermos bottles with screw-cap lids, backpacks in reinforced fabric with double stitching, notebooks on 75-gram bond paper that handle a full shift in a coverall pocket. For office and employee-recognition programs we choose products with stronger presentation: etched crystal, leather sets with visible stitching, aluminum-barrel pens with refill cartridges, wooden boxes laser-engraved with the corporate monogram. For trade-show floors we choose attendee takeaways that travel home: cotton tote bags, rechargeable USB lighters, luggage tags, executive travel kits.
The second layer, the customization layer, is decided by material and volume. Screen printing for runs from 50 to ten thousand pieces with one to four spot colors on cotton and on tote bags. Embroidery for polos, caps, jackets, and backpacks when the goal is a higher-value finish and the setup premium is acceptable. Sublimation for full-color work on mugs, mousepads, and white textile. DTF and DTG for polos with gradients, photographs, or multi-color marks. Laser engraving for metal (thermos, pens, USB), wood (boxes, notebooks), and leather (folders, document holders). Pad printing for rigid curved pieces (pens, keychains, USB shells) and ceramic (mugs with handles). Each technique carries its own order minimum and its own setup per color and per position, and prices change between certified workshops across Mexican states.
The third layer, the compliance layer, is decided in the brief. If your program bills in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA broken out line by line, we declare it in the quote before production starts. If your tax regime triggers IVA withholding, we add it on a separate line so your accounting platform (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP Business One) closes the match without adjustment. If the shipment crosses the border under IMMEX, we issue the pedimento and hand it to your customs broker with the proforma archived in your portal. If the shipment stays inside the country with Estafeta, Paquetexpress, or FedEx Mexico, we generate Carta Porte with the mandatory SAT complement and deliver it together with the CFDI XML. If your audit asks for LFPDPPP, NOM-035-SSAH-2024 on textile labeling, or GOTS and OEKO-TEX certificates, we attach them to the shipment so your compliance file closes clean from the first cut.
The package cards below resolve all three layers. Each card links to the full breakdown: composition, minimums per piece, customization techniques, production timelines, delivery regions, and tax format. If your brief opens with a brand-new program, start with kit-2026-final, paquete-mx-final or paquete-merch-final. If your audience is already defined, jump to the package that matches the area (finance, marketing, operations, HR, sales, training, security, retention, loyalty, launches) or to the season (quarterly, semiannual, annual, year-end, Friday-recognition, premium). If you serve a program with international travelers, look at the hospitality, automotive, or construction verticals.

Send us your program brief with five key pieces of data so we respond inside 24 business hours with a quote in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA broken out. First, the audience target of the bundle (executive, middle management, plant operator, sales force, international guest, or new hire). Third, the cities to cover (CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, León, Mérida, or nationwide). Fourth, the dates to meet (production, delivery, and, if applicable, trade-show booth setup). Fifth, the budget in MXN before IVA so we can apply the volume discount tier to your exact quantity, not rounded.
With that base we assemble the composition: blank product from Mexican catalogues, customization by technique according to material and volume, individual or collective packaging per the brief, and shipping under Carta Porte 3.0 from the local hub of the certified workshop. We attach a table with three volume tiers (50, 250, 500 pieces), and for annual programs a table with five tiers. If the program crosses the border under IMMEX, we include the pedimento and hand it to the customs broker. If NOM-035-SSAH-2024, GOTS, or OEKO-TEX certificates are required, we attach them to the shipment so your audit closes clean.
Send your program brief and we respond with a breakdown in MXN with IVA, options by printing technique, and references from verifiable clients in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, León, Mérida, and Tijuana. If your program is recurring or multi-quarter, we run a master agreement with monthly orders and issue a payment complement on each installment, in line with CFDI 4.0.
