We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT, using the corporate's RFC and tax address. For clients that are individuals with business activity, we issue CFDI with their RFC and tax status certificate when applicable. When the corporate requires consolidated invoice per campaign, we issue a monthly CFDI with the beneficiary list attached as PDF. For deliveries outside the country — client branches in the US, Canada, LATAM or Europe — we issue the foreign trade complement without IVA and with the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Lead time depends on the tier. For executive, 20-25 working days from artwork approval. For strategic, 25-30 working days. For chairman, 35-45 working days because of the curated pieces. Delivery is scheduled between November 15 and December 15, according to the corporate's calendar.
Yes. We run data merge and personalised production with the client name, role, company and CEO's message. The card is printed at professional printing quality and delivered inside the box with optional wax seal.
Yes. We produce the video in coordination with the corporate's communications department and upload it to a secure URL. The QR card points to the URL personalised per client. The video is delivered encrypted and retired after January 31.
