2025 in Corp-Merch.MX

The recap of the 2025 fiscal year: customers served, sectors covered, plazas with presence, product lines with the highest demand, certifications renewed, installed capacity and the learnings that changed how the workshop operates for 2026.

Delivered in 2025

During 2025 we served over two hundred and fifty corporate and tourism customers across different plazas in the country. Total produced volume exceeded nine hundred thousand units among shirts, caps, hoodies, backpacks, notebooks, pens, thermos bottles, USB drives, mugs, Mexican beverage sets and other pieces. Aggregate billing grew fifteen per cent versus 2024, with greater intensity in the technology, healthcare and maquiladora sectors.

The operation concentrated in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Querétaro as main plazas, with extensions to Chihuahua, Saltillo, Tijuana, Puebla, León, Mérida, Cancún, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta. Delivery logistics covered more than thirty-five plazas with regular service and specific cases in additional destinations.

Sectors with highest demand

Sectors with highest aggregate demand during 2025 were technology corporate — software, fintech, cybersecurity — with onboarding and fair programmes; financial corporate — banking, insurance — with premium kits and campaigns; healthcare sector with plant uniform and patient kits; manufacturing and maquiladora — IMMEX and non-IMMEX — with corporate uniform.

Education sector with admission programmes and events; tourism sector with welcome kits, souvenirs and uniforms; real estate sector with pre-sale merch and amenities; government sector with institutional programmes; and retail sector with uniforms and employee kits. Lower-volume sectors are addressed case by case with context-adapted quotes.

Product lines with highest rotation

Lines with highest rotation during 2025 were cotton and technical quick-dry shirts, caps with adjustable closure, hoodies, backpacks, notebooks with leather or fabric cover, engraved pens, thermos bottles, USB drives with destination guide, ceramic mugs, Mexican tequila and mezcal sets, cotton and canvas tote bags, and welcome packs with multiple pieces.

Most used personalisation techniques were embroidery, screen print, sublimation, DTF, pad printing, laser engraving and heat transfer. The DTF digital technique gained share due to its flexibility for small and personalised runs; embroidery remained the preferred technique for uniforms and institutional backpacks.

Installed capacity and team

During 2025 we maintained CDMX plant capacity with five sublimation lines, three embroidery lines, one screen print line, one pad print line and one laser engraving line. In Guadalajara we operated with a partner workshop for medium runs and as capacity backup; in Monterrey with a partner workshop for the north of the country. In Querétaro with a partner workshop for the Bajío.

The workshop team grew from thirty-four to thirty-nine people between 2024 and 2025, with additions in the commercial area, the quality area and the operations area. Rotation was low — less than four per cent — and average team permanence stayed above three years, which allows sustaining operational knowledge and customer relationship.

Certifications and compliance

During 2025 we renewed the SAT tax status certificate with positive opinion on compliance, positive opinion before IMSS, positive opinion before INFONAVIT, and LFPDPPP compliance for personal data handling. We also renewed supplier certifications with which we work for recycled materials and applicable certifications.

On the regulatory side, during 2025 we adapted to the Carta Porte 3.0 complement scheme. We attended internal audits of corporate customers with mature quality system and maintained documentary traceability for at least five years per regulation.

Learnings from the year

Main learnings from the 2025 fiscal year were three. The first is the deepening of multi-plaza logistics coordination demand, particularly with customers with operations in the north and Bajío, and the need to invest in dedicated coordination capacity.

The second is the consolidation of sustainable materials as a category with mature supply chain, not as an experimental line. Customers with ESG commitment demand traceability, certifications and verifiable reports. The third is the relevance of Spanish-English bilingualism in daily operation, particularly with customers with parent company abroad or with northern operations.

What changed for 2026

For 2026 we incorporate three changes derived from year learnings. First, we expanded the dedicated logistics coordination team with two additions for multi-site customers. Second, we extended the recycled materials line with new certifications and suppliers, and created a standard ESG report that is delivered to customers who require it.

Third, we strengthened the bilingual team with two additions dedicated to northern customers and customers with parent company abroad. These changes are oriented to sustain the year growth without sacrificing the attention to detail that defines the workshop since its founding.
