Mixed Terrace — where the Mexican corporate launches product at sunset over CDMX with overhead camera, LED lighting and rain plan B activated in 8 minutes

The Mixed Terrace is the rooftop where the Mexican corporate runs its product launch, annual results presentation to premium clients, closing dinner with investors or photo shoot for the brand campaign. Capacity runs 80 to 220 in cocktail format with central bar and perimeter tables, or 40 to 110 in seated dinner format with presidential table. What distinguishes the Mixed Terrace from any closed-room venue is not the view, but the overhead camera with gimbal for sunset capture over the CDMX skyline, the LED reinforcement lighting calibrated to the sunset schedule, the rain plan B with retractable transparent tent activated in 8 minutes, and the merch dispatched to the remote attendee's home or handed in person to the in-room attendee 5 business days ahead. The merch that arrives here operates as in-room attendee kit (waterproof bag for the kit with organic cotton water-resistant tote), as remote attendee kit (flat box with launch product), as terrace staff kit (uniformity for the team) and as camera and photographer kit (staff identification).

The Mixed Terrace operates with dual access: attendee entrance via the hotel private elevator with ID registration and load-in via the building service freight elevator with capacity for one industrial cart carrying 12 boxes. In-room attendee kit handover happens at the Mixed Terrace access 45 to 90 minutes before the event begins, with signature in the logbook. Remote attendee kit dispatch arrives 5 business days before the launch day, with tracking and attendee or office signature.

The overhead camera with gimbal operates with secondary camera and drone with geofencing backup for sunset capture over CDMX. The LED reinforcement lighting operates with calibration to the sunset schedule (intensity variation from 2700K to 4000K to match natural light with artificial light). The rain plan B operates with retractable transparent tent activated in 8 minutes and protects the presentation without affecting video quality.

For launches with CEO attendance from Madrid, Bogotá, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, NYC, London or Berlin, we coordinate with the live streaming link and the corporate protocol team, with bilingual kit for the visiting CEO. For launches with specialised media coverage (Forbes, Expansión, El Financiero, Milenio, El Universal), we follow the corporate specialised press manual and coordinate with the media training team.

For launches with diplomatic corps attendance (US Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Spanish Embassy, German Embassy),), we follow the diplomatic protocol and the Law on Diplomatic Treaties and Protocol. For launches with public official attendance (Ministry of Economy, Bancomext, SE, PROFECO), we follow the official protocol and the launch agenda.

Mixed Terrace compliance and regulations

The Mixed Terrace has rules the merch must respect: no merch with noise elements (bells, alarms, voices pre-recorded voices), no merch with third-party logos not authorised by the corporate, no merch with flammable materials, no pets, no merch not water-resistant (when rain forecast is above 40%).). For launches with attendee presence in foreign-exchange-control countries (Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria), we support customs declaration of the kit with declared value below the duty-free threshold or full declaration when the value exceeds it.

For launches with expatriate attendee presence in the United States, Canada, UK, Germany or Singapore, we handle international dispatch via FedEx International or UPS Worldwide with USMCA compliance when applicable. For launches with attendee presence in free trade zones (Querétaro, León, Salamanca, Irapuato, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí), we provide complementary invoicing with free-trade-zone operating expense deduction support.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Public Relations, Marketing or Training expense, depending on the merch use. For corporates with IMMEX operations, we provide complementary SAT invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA support when the kit crosses the border as part of the client merchandising. For corporates with SAT invoicing as non-profit legal entity, we provide complementary invoicing with support for compliance with article 79 of LISR.

Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with foreign trade complement when the kit crosses the border, and with payment complement when the corporate pays in in partial payments. For launches with attendee presence in jurisdictions with international shipping restrictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk), we suspend dispatch and substitute with corporate electronic gift card.
