Salon Q-2 Bajio Poliforum: four simultaneous halls, four languages on the press kit, and the German supplier forklift crossing the dock before the OEM stand team arrives
Salon Q-2 Bajio Poliforum is the multi-hall fair complex on the Queretaro-Celaya industrial corridor: four halls of 4,500 square metres each, connected by technical corridors with 5-tonne forklift-rated flooring, eight flush-level loading docks, a central press room with 80 working positions, a transmission cabin for live press, a European and Asian Tier 1 supplier hospitality area, and a common foyer for 4,000-person registration. It is where the Bajio Industrial Fair, the Automotive Supplier Encounter, the Aerospace, Appliance and Plastics Salons, and the USMCA compliance conventions with suppliers from Germany, Japan, South Korea, China and the US run.
What separates Salon Q-2 Poliforum from any other multi-hall venue in the country is the logistics coordination across the four simultaneous halls: Hall A's exhibitor kit must be delivered before Hall D's set-up finishes, the trade press kit must appear in the central press room with the press release in four languages (es/en/de/ja) before the morning coffee break, and the visiting CEO VIP merch must cross the dedicated dock at the Queretaro intercontinental airport hangar before the executive flight lands. The merch cannot be the slow link in the chain.
