Salon N-4: the room where the compliance officer signs the LFPIORPI training minutes and the officer kit lands before the exam
Salon N-4 sits inside one of the compliance training complexes in the banks and brokerages of the Polanco and Santa Fe corridor of Mexico City: a room with a central screen, lecterns for the chief compliance officer and the UIF guest, an exam room with 30 terminals for online evaluation, a holding foyer for working coffee, a dumbwaiter from the floor kitchen, and an independent access door for the CNBV staff when they supervise the session. This is where the annual LFPIORPI training of the banks runs, where the quarterly AML refreshers of the brokerages take place, where the sofomes conduct their KYC training, where the compliance officers of the insurers receive their formation, and where the communication and control committees run their update workshops. What separates Salon N-4 from a generic training room is the documentary order: the officer kit enters before the online exam, exits signed by each trainee at close, and respects the confidentiality limits of the client file.
