Logistics, access and custody of Salón Principal

Salón Principal accepts load-in from Av. Fundadores between 05:30 and 09:00 on set-up day, with a log signed by Cintermex operations and the Tier-1's logistics lead. Material is moved into the booth's back-of-house in sealed boxes carrying the lot ID and held under key until registration opens. For Tier-1s bringing physical components (engine blocks, transmissions, electronic modules) for demo we run reinforced custody with a log signed by the quality engineer and the Tier-1's logistics lead.

For Tier-1s with plants in Nuevo León, Coahuila and Tamaulipas we run split shipments to the plants with Carta Porte 3.0 plus USMCA compliance under the IMMEX regime. For Tier-1s with US operations (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana) we run the local automotive-component transport regulations. For Tier-1s with European operations (Germany, France, Italy) we run the European automotive regulations and CE serialisation when the component enters the EU market.

For suppliers invoicing in MXP we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA break-down and the deduction support as Capacitación Técnica, Promoción Industrial or Relaciones Institucionales. For multinationals we issue the MXP invoice plus a USD complementary invoice at the Banxico FIX rate. For OEMs with MXP/USD dual invoicing we run the pagos complement when the transaction settles in instalments. For deliveries to the northern free-zones we issue the differentiated-rate invoice.

USMCA, IMMEX and Salón Principal restrictions

Salón Principal operates under the rules of AMIA and the USMCA Secretariat for the exhibition of automotive components: no components entering outside the booth without the quality lead on site, no prototype display without the IP-insurance cover, no merch showing confidential vehicle-program content, no distribution outside the booth without the compliance responsible, no welding or cutting equipment outside the designated area.

For suppliers crossing the northern border we run USMCA compliance with a certificate of origin when the component (engine block, transmission, electronic module, harness) comes from US or Canadian suppliers, plus the CFDI 4.0 foreign-trade complement under the IMMEX regime. For suppliers with European operations we run the CE mark and the European automotive regulations. For suppliers with Asian operations we run the JIS, KS and GB compliance.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA break-down (or 0% under IMMEX), automotive-traceability serialisation when applicable, and the deduction support as Capacitación Técnica, Promoción Industrial or Relaciones Institucionales. For suppliers with cross-border operations we run the pagos complement when the transaction settles in instalments. For free-zone deliveries we run the temporary-import pedimento when the component returns to origin. Back-of-house delivery is documented on a vale signed by the supplier's operations lead and the Tier-1's quality responsible.
