Salón Olmeca accepts load-in from Calle Alabama between 05:30 and 09:00 on set-up day, with a log signed by the WTC operations team and the mining group's logistics lead. Material is moved into the pavilion's back-of-house in sealed boxes carrying the lot ID and held under key until registration opens. For groups bringing physical ore samples from their Sonora, Chihuahua or Zacatecas units we run reinforced custody with a log signed by the responsible geologist and the unit's safety lead.

For groups with operations in northern Mexico we run split shipments to the units with Carta Porte 3.0 plus USMCA compliance when the consignment crosses north. For groups with South American operations (Perú, Chile, Argentina, Colombia) we run local compliance for mineral transport and mining-equipment handling. For groups with European operations we run the European Minerals Regulation and traceability when the concentrate enters the EU market.

For groups invoicing in MXP we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA break-down and the deduction support as Relaciones Institucionales, Mercadotecnia or Capacitación Técnica. For multinationals we issue the MXP invoice plus a USD complementary invoice at the Banxico FIX rate of the previous day. For groups with MXP/USD dual invoicing we run the pagos complement when the transaction settles in instalments. For groups with operations under the special mining fiscal regime we issue the invoice with the applicable special deductions.

Camimex, SGM and Salón Olmeca restrictions

For groups crossing the northern border we run USMCA compliance with a certificate of origin when the drilling equipment or explosives come from US or Canadian suppliers, plus the CFDI 4.0 foreign-trade complement.
