Technical apparel for the booth team

CINTERMEX is the backbone of northern Mexico's industrial trade-show calendar: aerospace, automotive, home appliances and advanced manufacturing all converge here to meet buyers from Texas, Tennessee and Ontario. We produce the merchandising with the just-in-time cadence the IMMEX corridor demands and deliver to Salón J-3 with the fiscal paperwork ready for your in-house customs team.
CINTERMEX —on Avenida Fundadores 1230, Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León— is much more than an exhibition venue: it is the hub where the maquiladora industry of the north meets raw-material suppliers, automotive OEMs, the aerospace cluster and logistics-services buyers. Its halls host Expo Manufactura, AeroConférence, the Mexican edition of industrial-maintenance events and the one-to-one business appointments organised by the Nuevo León cluster.
Salón J-3 inside the complex is one of the most requested rooms thanks to its column-free rectangular floorplate, ideal for large-format booths with live machinery. Here the merchandising is not decorative but functional: the gift must be useful to a technical visitor, durable enough to survive an engineer's tool bag and aesthetically aligned with the exhibitor's brand positioning. No "cheap pens" in a CNC booth.
For IMMEX clients we operate under the Returnable Container mechanism when units are samples or trade-show giveaways. If production is local —most of our partner workshops sit on the Saltillo–Monterrey–Reynosa corridor— we issue a CFDI 4.0 with no customs paperwork and deliver straight to the J-3 loading bay with tracking. For goods manufactured in Asia crossing through Manzanillo or Laredo we regularise through pedimento before delivery and accompany USMCA compliance so your operation keeps its tariff preference.

Compact multimeters, tape measures with metric and imperial scales, COB keychain flashlights, precision screwdriver sets. Each unit passes functional quality control before leaving the distribution centre.
For booths running live equipment demos: goggles, earplugs, impact-resistant gloves with the exhibitor logo. Produced with suppliers that meet NOM-017-STPS-2008 and individually packed in sealed bags.
Presentation folders, notepads with letterhead per language, executive roller pens, business-card envelopes. Built for one-to-one sessions where the visitor takes actionable material back to the plant.
The brief for a CINTERMEX event usually arrives with an industrial component the brand team does not always visualise: the exhibitor wants to give away items the technical visitor will actually use. That is why our creative process starts with a curation where we cross the client's product list with the visitor profile. If the booth belongs to a sensor manufacturer, the gifts are industrial USB drives or calibration sets. If the booth belongs to a robot integrator, the gifts are tools or miniature promo pieces of the equipment on display.
For IMMEX clients we run three routes. The first is local production at our Saltillo workshop with direct delivery to the CINTERMEX loading bay, no pedimento. The second is production in Asia with entry through Manzanillo and a temporary or definitive import pedimento depending on the final destination of the goods. The third is production in the United States crossing through Laredo with USMCA rules-of-origin compliance to keep tariff preference when the finished product returns to North America.
Each route is documented with a CFDI 4.0, a pedimento when applicable and an inventory report signed by your floor coordinator at delivery. If the event crosses to a cluster plant at close we remove undelivered units on the same fiscal route and leave the receipt in your system. Nothing sits as idle stock in your warehouse.
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merchandising supplier. We have no sponsorship, exclusivity or formal alliance with the venue; our work is with the exhibitor that rents the booth.
Yes. When your company holds an authorised IMMEX programme we operate delivery under the Returnable Container mechanism for samples or trade-show giveaways, VAT-free. We accompany you with the documentation so your foreign-trade department files it correctly.
Yes. We work with partner workshops in Saltillo, Monterrey and Ramos Arizpe for textile production, screen printing, embroidery and laser engraving. That route cuts lead times by up to thirty per cent versus Mexico City production.
We operate bilingually. Packaging, card and communication materials default to Spanish and English, with a third language (French or German) added when the client requires it. For goods that cross the border we issue a service-export invoice with CFDI 4.0 code 02.
