Salón J-2 Corp — merchandising for executive conventions at WTC Mexico City
The World Trade Center tolerates zero logistics errors: the tower operates to five-star standards and your event cannot absorb a delivery that arrives at the lobby in styrofoam crates. We produce premium pieces with the labels, languages and currencies your delegation requires —MXN, USD or RUB— and deliver to Salón J-2 via the service freight elevator without disrupting the C-Suite schedule.
Why WTC on Filadelfia 60 runs differently from a trade show
The World Trade Center Mexico City, at Montecito 38 —with provider access through Filadelfia 60, Nápoles, Benito Juárez— concentrates executive conventions, C-suite breakfasts, investor roadshows and brand launches where the audience is curated rather than massive. The meeting rooms on floors 25 to 29 host between eighty and two hundred guests. Here merchandising shifts from volume to protocol: quality rules over quantity.
When we deliver to Salón J-2 we go through the service freight elevator, not the main lobby. We coordinate with the WTC events office to book the elevator slot, validate Corp-Merch staff badges and, crucially, do not interfere with the exhibitor's agenda. The crates carry no external branding so the contents stay confidential until the floor team opens them inside the room. That discretion is part of the service.
Because WTC draws international delegations —particularly from the United States, Latin America, Europe and, increasingly, Central Asia— we operate naturally in three currencies: Mexican pesos, US dollars and Russian rubles when the client is Russian or from a Russian-speaking republic. We issue a CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the agreed FX equivalence, or contract in USD/RUB when the head office prefers it. We honour USMCA for North American manufactured goods and accompany the temporary import process when material arrives from outside T-MEC.
Recycled-bonded-leather or vegan-leather sets with sealed stitching, branded roller pens, laser-engraved crystal bottles. Each piece goes through unit-level quality control: a torn box, a misaligned mark, a mirrored logo —none leaves our distribution centre.
Bilingual protocol boxes
Rigid boxes with hot-stamped exhibitor logo, microfibre inner lining and personalised card in Spanish and English (or the language your delegation requires). Ideal for corporate gifts to VIP guests who will travel back to their country.
Curated souvenirs for small audiences
For groups under two hundred guests, sourcing five thousand pens makes no sense. We produce short runs with editorial selection: single-origin Oaxacan chocolate bars, miniature mezcal with private label, Yucatecan honey with bilingual labelling.
Press and delegate materials
Corporate folders with letterhead paper, notepads, pens and language dividers. Press materials are packed by language and by delegation so your communications team does not waste time in the room.
Production, protocol and delivery
The brief for a WTC event does not look like a trade-show brief. Here the client arrives with a closed guest list of eighty to two hundred invitees, with names, languages and dietary or protocol restrictions. The merchandising mirrors that: every VIP kit is assembled alphabetically and labelled with the recipient's name, no exceptions. That assembly happens in a clean room inside our distribution centre and closes with a verification report signed by your logistics coordinator.
For delegations arriving from abroad we consider temporary import under the ATA Carnet scheme when applicable, or the definitive regime with pedimento and USMCA compliance for goods that will remain in the country. If production comes from Asia, we regularise at AICM customs or Manzanillo depending on the route and hand you the documentation for your fiscal file. When the delivery crosses the border we invoice with code 02 of the CFDI 4.0 catalogue —services rendered abroad— so your accounting can credit the corresponding VAT.
On event day we arrive at the Filadelfia 60 freight elevator two hours early. The crates are identified only by an internal tracking number, no logo or external brand. Your floor coordinator opens them privately in the room and distributes by name. At close we remove leftover material with the same discretion we arrived with. Nothing ends up in the building's bin and nothing gets lost in the lobby.

Frequently asked questions
Is Corp-Merch an official partner or supplier of WTC Mexico City?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merchandising supplier. We have no sponsorship, exclusivity or formal alliance with the complex; our work is with the exhibitor that rents the room.
Can you invoice in US dollars or Russian rubles?
Yes. We quote and sign the contract in USD or RUB when the client requires it; we issue CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the agreed FX equivalence, or a service-export invoice with code 02 when the delivery crosses the border.
Do you handle bilingual Spanish–English pieces?
Yes. The packaging and the cards can be printed in one, two or three languages. We work with legible typography and language-pair review so the translation does not feel mechanical.
Can you assemble individual kits named for each invitee?
Yes. It is standard for premium events: each kit is labelled with the recipient name, packed in alphabetical order and verified against a master list signed by your protocol team.
