Apparel for humid tropical weather
Quick-dry dry-fit polo tees, vented-back shirts, vests with pockets for plant-floor documents, wide-brim hats for outdoor work. Materials that resist humidity without warping and keep embroidery legible.
Villahermosa is the energy capital of the southern Gulf: PEMEX and CFE supplier fairs, agroindustrial cluster encounters (sugarcane, cacao, banana) and Dos Bocas port-logistics appointments all pass through its Convention Center. We produce the merchandising with the right fiscal paperwork for the hydrocarbons sector and deliver to Salón J-15 with the cadence the energy chain demands.
The Villahermosa Convention Center —on Paseo de los Ríos, Tabasco 2000, Villahermosa, Tabasco— operates as the main venue for energy-sector fairs, agroindustrial and port-logistics cluster encounters, Dos Bocas refinery supplier appointments and Olmeca-region tourism conventions. The state is the country's main oil producer and the operational home of multiple PEMEX and CFE suppliers.
Salón J-15 inside the complex accommodates large-format booths with capacity up to six hundred guests. Here the visitor is a process engineer, energy-chain supplier or agroindustrial representative with a closed agenda and little time. The merchandising must be useful, durable, technically presentable and, crucially, consistent with the exhibitor's brand guide. The humid tropical Tabasco climate demands packaging that resists humidity without warping.
Corp-Merch operates in Villahermosa with a partner workshop in the Tabasco 2000 area and a supplier network across Cárdenas, Comalcalco and Paraíso. For IMMEX clients we manage the flow under the Returnable Container mechanism with a pedimento at Dos Bocas customs or through Coatzacoalcos when applicable. When goods cross from abroad we regularise through pedimento and process the relevant trade-agreement compliance. We issue CFDI 4.0 with the option to invoice in USD under the service-export regime when applicable.

Ceremonial cacao from the Chontalpa region, fine-grain chocolate with bilingual packaging, laser-engraved wicker basketry, Olcuatitlán wood crafts. Each piece is labelled with the origin to reinforce the exhibitor's brand traceability.
Anti-fog goggles, NRR 33 earplugs, Class 0 dielectric gloves with the exhibitor logo, impact-resistant sleeves. They meet NOM-017-STPS-2008 and the safety norms applicable to PEMEX/CFE supply-chain providers.
Waterproof folders for platform visits, letterhead notepads, metallic roller pens, business-card envelopes. Built for one-to-one sessions with technical buyers in the energy sector.
The brief for a Villahermosa event usually arrives with a strict energy-compliance component. The visitor is a process engineer, PEMEX/CFE supplier or Dos Bocas representative and the merchandising must respond to that technical and regulatory profile. That is why our creative process starts with a curation where we cross the client's product list with the visitor profile and the NOM norms applicable to the sector.
For IMMEX clients we manage three routes. The first is local production at our Tabasco 2000 workshop with direct delivery to the venue loading bay, no pedimento. The second is production in the rest of Mexico crossing through Coatzacoalcos customs when the goods travel along the Gulf coast. The third is production abroad with entry through Dos Bocas or Coatzacoalcos and last-mile by road.
For imported goods we regularise through pedimento and process the corresponding trade-agreement compliance. Each route is documented with CFDI 4.0 with the correct tariff classification, pedimento when applicable and an inventory report signed by your floor coordinator. If the goods stay at the client's plant at the end we regularise the temporary operation into definitive so your fiscal balance stays clean.
