Apparel for northwestern extreme weather
Dry-fit polo tees, long-sleeve shirts with UV protection, cooling vests, wide-brim hats with embroidered logo. Materials that resist Sonoran heat without warping and keep embroidery legible at 40 °C.
Hermosillo is the agroindustrial and mining capital of northwestern Mexico, and Expo Hermosillo is the venue that holds citrus fairs, automotive-industry supplier shows and aerospace–defence cluster encounters for the Guaymas–Empalme corridor. We produce the merchandising with the bilingual documentation the Arizona border crossing demands and deliver to Salón J-14 with the punctuality the northwestern calendar requires.
Expo Hermosillo —on Boulevard Luis Encinas y Calle 16 de Septiembre, Centro, Hermosillo, Sonora— operates as the main venue for agroindustrial fairs (citrus, wheat, livestock), mining conventions, one-to-one meetings with Arizona and New Mexico buyers and aerospace–defence sector encounters. The state is the main wheat producer, one of the main citrus producers and the home of a defence-and-aerospace supplier cluster connecting with Tucson and Phoenix.
Salón J-14 inside the complex accommodates large-format booths with capacity up to six hundred guests. Here the visitor is a process engineer, agroindustrial buyer or mining-cluster representative with a closed agenda and little time. The merchandising must be useful, durable and consistent with the exhibitor's brand guide. The extreme Sonoran summer heat demands packaging that does not deform at 45 °C and inks that do not melt under direct sun exposure.
Corp-Merch operates in Hermosillo with a partner workshop in the Hermosillo Industrial Park and a supplier network across Ciudad Obregón, Guaymas and Nogales. For IMMEX clients we manage the flow under the Returnable Container mechanism with a pedimento at Nogales customs, the most efficient Sonora–Arizona border crossing for the northwest. When goods cross from the United States through the same border we regularise through pedimento and process USMCA compliance to keep tariff preference. We issue CFDI 4.0 with the option to invoice in USD under the service-export regime when applicable.

Large-capacity thermal bottles, field tool sets, rechargeable flashlights with power banks, hydration sets with electrolyte salts. Each piece is built for the visitor who works outdoors or on an agroindustrial plant floor.
Goggles, earplugs, impact-resistant gloves and protective sleeves with the exhibitor logo. They meet NOM-017-STPS-2008 and are individually packed in sealed bags.
Folders with Spanish and English cover, letterhead notepads, metallic roller pens, encrypted USB drives with branded content. Common for agricultural and aerospace delegations crossing from Tucson and Phoenix.
The brief for a Hermosillo event usually arrives with a climatic and border-compliance component. The technical visitor works under the Sonoran sun, carries a closed agenda and has little time. That is why our creative process starts with a curation where we cross the client's product list with the visitor profile and the northwestern climate conditions.
For IMMEX clients we manage three routes. The first is local production at our Hermosillo Industrial Park workshop with direct delivery to the venue loading bay, no pedimento. The second is production in the rest of Mexico crossing through Nogales customs when the goods travel overland. The third is production in Asia with entry through Guaymas or Manzanillo and last-mile by road.
For goods manufactured in the United States crossing through Nogales we regularise through pedimento at the corresponding customs office and process USMCA compliance with the certificate of origin to keep tariff preference. Each route is documented with CFDI 4.0, pedimento when applicable and an inventory report signed by your floor coordinator. If the goods stay at the client's plant at the end we regularise the temporary operation into definitive.
