Apparel with aerospace specs
Polo tees, jackets and vests with logo embroidery and, optionally, programme part code. Labelling is useful when the merchandise goes to the plant and integrates into the client's technical-team uniform.
Querétaro hosts the most dynamic aerospace cluster in the Bajío, with OEM presence, Tier 1 suppliers and a provider ecosystem that connects with San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes and Guanajuato. We produce the merchandising with the visual quality that industry demands and deliver to Salón J-13 with the punctuality the central industrial corridor requires.
The Querétaro Congress Center —on Avenida Universidad 320, Centro, Santiago de Querétaro— operates as the main venue for aerospace-cluster trade shows, advanced-manufacturing conventions, one-to-one meetings with US, Canadian and European buyers, and encounters with the Tier 1 supplier ecosystem installed at the Querétaro Aerospace Park. The state concentrates more than one hundred companies in the sector with OEM presence from France, Canada and the United States.
Salón J-13 inside the complex accommodates large-format booths with capacity up to eight hundred guests. Here the visitor is an aerospace engineer, specialised-procurement buyer or OEM programme representative with a closed agenda and little time. The merchandising must be useful, durable, technically presentable and, crucially, consistent with the exhibitor's brand guide. No "generic merchandise" in a turbine booth.
Corp-Merch operates in Querétaro with a partner workshop in the Querétaro Industrial Park and a supplier network across San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes and Celaya. For IMMEX clients we manage the flow under the Returnable Container mechanism with a pedimento at AICM customs or at Querétaro depending on the route. When goods cross from the United States or Canada we regularise through pedimento and process USMCA compliance to keep tariff preference. We issue CFDI 4.0 with the option to invoice in USD or EUR under the service-export regime when applicable.

Compact multimeters, tape measures with metric and imperial scales, precision screwdriver sets, rechargeable COB flashlights. Each unit passes functional quality control before leaving the distribution centre.
Goggles, earplugs, impact-resistant gloves and protective sleeves with the exhibitor logo. They meet NOM-017-STPS-2008 and are individually packed in sealed bags.
Waterproof folders with cover in Spanish, English and French, letterhead notepads, metallic roller pens, encrypted USB drives with branded content. Common for French and Canadian delegations in the aerospace cluster.
The brief for a Querétaro event usually arrives with a strict international compliance component. The visitor is an aerospace engineer, European buyer or French OEM representative and the merchandising must respond to that profile. That is why our creative process starts with a curation where we cross the client's product list with the technical visitor profile, instead of assuming that a generic souvenir works.
For IMMEX clients we manage three routes. The first is local production at our Querétaro Industrial Park workshop with direct delivery to the venue loading bay, no pedimento. The second is production in the rest of Mexico crossing through AICM customs or through Querétaro when applicable. The third is production in Asia with entry through Manzanillo or Veracruz and last-mile by road to the Bajío.
For goods manufactured in the United States or Canada we regularise through pedimento and process USMCA compliance with the certificate of origin. For European delegations we issue trilingual material and invoice in USD or EUR when the contract requires it. Each route is documented with CFDI 4.0, pedimento when applicable and an inventory report signed by your floor coordinator at delivery.
