Salón J-11 Corp — merchandising for southeastern Mexico conventions at Yucatán Siglo XXI
Mérida is the cultural and economic capital of the Yucatán Peninsula and Siglo XXI is the venue that holds the southeastern convention calendar: from agroindustrial cluster appointments to Tren Maya tourism-supply fairs. We produce the merchandising with regional identity —honey, henequen, basketry, artisanal soaps— and deliver to Salón J-11 with the cadence the peninsula calendar demands.
Yucatán Siglo XXI —on Calle 60 Norte 298, Revolución, Mérida, Yucatán— operates as the main venue for southeastern Mexico conventions. Here you will find agroindustrial fairs (beekeeping, henequen, citrus), peninsula textile and apparel-cluster appointments, Tren Maya tourism-supply encounters, Riviera investment summits and health-sector conventions.
Salón J-11 inside the complex hosts up to seven hundred guests with good natural lighting and efficient air-conditioning —vital in the peninsula climate. Here the visitor mixes work and cultural exploration: the merchandising must respect the profile of the guest who will travel to Chichén Itzá or dine at a Yucatecan kitchen. Nothing that warps in the humidity or deforms in the suitcase.
Corp-Merch operates in Mérida with a partner workshop in the Yucatán Industrial Park and a supplier network across Tizimín, Motul, Valladolid and the henequen zone. We work directly with beekeepers for designation-of-origin honey, with bejuco basketry artisans and with artisanal-soap makers. When goods cross the border through the Port of Progreso we regularise through pedimento and issue CFDI 4.0 with the correct classification. For IMMEX clients we manage the flow under the Returnable Container mechanism VAT-free.

Merchandising services we deliver to Salón J-11
Light apparel for tropical weather
Linen and combed-cotton shirts, UV-protection polo tees, palm hats with laser engraving, vests with pockets for guides and maps. Produced at our Yucatán Industrial Park workshop with materials that resist humidity without warping.
Gifts with Yucatecan identity
Tizimín designation-of-origin honey, Temozón artisanal bath salts, laser-engraved bejuco basketry, natural Mérida soaps, henequen liqueur with bilingual labelling. Each piece is labelled with the origin to reinforce the exhibitor's brand traceability.
Kits for Tren Maya visitors
For conventions linked to the railway project: branded travel bag, laser-engraved thermal bottle, vacuum-packed regional snacks, bilingual route maps. Common in tourism-supply appointments with international operators.
Multilingual materials for delegations
Presentation folders in Spanish, English and, depending on the delegation, French or German. Letterhead notepads, metallic roller pens, encrypted USB drives with branded content. Common for European and Asian delegations flying in via Cancún.
Production, customs and delivery to J-11
The brief for a Siglo XXI event usually arrives with a strong cultural component. The visitor is origin-sensitive, values regional raw materials and discards quickly anything that feels generic. That is why our process starts with a curation where we cross the exhibitor's brand identity with the Yucatecan cultural calendar: if the event coincides with a vaquería we incorporate typical textiles; if it coincides with honey season we prioritise certified beekeepers.
For IMMEX clients we manage three routes. The first is local production at our Yucatán Industrial Park workshop with direct delivery to the venue loading bay, no pedimento. The second is production in the rest of Mexico with air crossing through Mérida airport or overland via the coast road. The third is production in Asia with entry through the Port of Progreso, an efficient option for medium runs arriving in containers.
For clients with international operations —common in tourism-supply fairs and Tren Maya appointments— we invoice in USD when the contract requires it. We issue CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the agreed FX equivalence, or a service-export invoice with code 02 when the delivery crosses the border definitively. If the goods return to the country of origin at the end we process the corresponding rectification.

Frequently asked questions
Is Corp-Merch an official partner or supplier of Yucatán Siglo XXI?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merchandising supplier. We have no sponsorship, exclusivity or formal alliance with the venue; our work is with the exhibitor that rents the booth.
Can you incorporate Yucatecan regional products?
Yes. We work with Tizimín beekeepers, bejuco basketry artisans, artisanal-soap makers and other regional crafts. Each piece is labelled with the origin to reinforce the exhibitor's brand traceability.
Do you handle entry through the Port of Progreso?
Yes. For sea-imported goods we regularise through the Port of Progreso and process a temporary import pedimento under the Returnable Container mechanism when applicable. It is the most efficient southeastern route compared with Veracruz or Coatzacoalcos.
Can you invoice in US dollars?
Yes. We quote and sign the contract in USD when the client requires it, common for operations with international brands. We issue CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the agreed FX equivalence, or a service-export invoice with code 02 when the delivery crosses the border.
