Cintermex —Centro Internacional de Negocios y Exposiciones de Monterrey, on Avenida Fundadores 2495, Colonia Residencial Las Mitras— operates as the meeting point between northern heavy industry and buyers from the United States, Canada and Europe. Monterrey and its metro area concentrate a long-standing, diversified IMMEX fabric: auto parts, home appliances, medical devices, glass, steel products and energy equipment. The venue hosts industrial fairs, supply summits and international buyer meetings; its logistics operation is built for large shipments and tight calendars.
For a company bringing a visiting brand to Cintermex, merchandise is an extension of the operating manual. The gifts must be durable, recyclable when possible, and legible in both Spanish and English. On the fiscal side, items entering the country for the fair are covered by a temporary import pedimento when they return, or nationalized under the correct tariff code if the brand leaves inventory in Mexico. Production, reverse logistics and delivery
We ship directly from central Mexico to Cintermex in Monterrey. For clients with plants in the north, we can also consolidate at their own facilities and deliver straight to the venue, cutting double handling. When the volume justifies it, we open a temporary warehouse in the Monterrey metro area, restocked from CDMX in 24 hours to support mid-show replenishment.
On compliance, we file the temporary import pedimento when the goods cross from the United States and return, and we sync the return with your IMMEX program if items aren't handed out. For goods staying in Mexico, we nationalize under the correct tariff code and issue CFDI 4.0 with the Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the shipment applies. If you need ESG traceability, we attach technical sheets and recyclability declarations.
Suggested timeline
- Seven weeks out: technical brief, palette and materials aligned to your ESG policy, sizing check, SKU choice.

Can you provide material traceability for ESG audits?
Yes. We attach a technical sheet with recyclability declaration, FSC certifications and material composition when the client requests it for ESG or responsible sourcing reports.
How do you handle temporary cross-border flows from the US?
We operate with a temporary import pedimento when goods cross from the US and return. We coordinate with your customs broker or, if you prefer, work with our own, keeping full traceability.
Can you deliver inventory from a northern plant?
Yes. When the client has production or warehousing in Monterrey, Saltillo or Reynosa, we consolidate there and deliver straight to Cintermex without going through our central warehouse.
