Hall i-2 Corp — trade show merch at Expo Guadalajara

When your booth is built for manufacturing buyers, Tier 1s and Tier 2s, the merchandise you hand out has to feel as engineered as your product. We produce it that way —durable, on-brand, fit to ride home in the buyer's suitcase.

Expo Guadalajara as the Bajío supply hub

Expo Guadalajara —Avenida Mariano Otero 1499, colonia Verde Valle— is where Mexico's industrial west meets North American buyers. Jalisco, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí feed a recurring calendar of advanced manufacturing, automotive, electronics and industrial automation shows. The hall zones accommodate large booths with running machinery, which changes the move-in timeline compared to a service convention.

Corp-Merch thinks like a technical exhibitor. When an OEM or a Tier 1 comes to Expo Guadalajara to validate suppliers, the merch has to look serious: textiles without leftover logos from previous shows, subtle embroidery, sober colors, packaging that survives a road trip across the border into the United States. We work to the exhibitor's brand book, and when applicable to the guidelines of corporate parents in Detroit, Stuttgart or Tokyo —Expo Guadalajara's audience is global, not just Mexican.

For booths that cross the border with finished goods or samples, we operate under the temporary import regime with a return pedimento; for items sold on the floor, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the correct tariff classification, and when the client operates under IMMEX we manage the return flow under their authorized program.

Production and shipping to Expo Guadalajara

The distance from our workshops to Expo Guadalajara is a parameter we plan against. The merchandise consolidates at our central warehouse in Estado de México and ships via dedicated line-haul to the venue's dock, insured and trackable. For booths that need top-up inventory mid-show, we run a temporary warehouse in the Guadalajara metro area, restocked from CDMX in 24 to 36 hours when the initial run runs short.

On the fiscal side, temporarily imported items that return to the country of origin close with a return pedimento; items sold on the floor generate CFDI 4.0 and, if the buyer needs a nominada invoice, we issue it with their tax data in under 48 hours. When the exhibitor operates under an IMMEX program, we sync inbound and outbound merchandise so the SAT has full traceability.

Suggested timeline

  1. Seven weeks out: technical brief, palette aligned to the corporate brand book, sizing check against Mexican retail standards, material choice.
  2. Five weeks out: physical prototype signed off by your team, contract with deposit, production calendar locked.
  3. Three weeks out: production complete, batch quality control, individual packaging labeled with the exhibitor's name.
  4. Show week: dock delivery, optional on-site supervisor during move-in, mid-show restock if requested.
