Hall i-1 Corp — trade show merch at Centro Citibanamex
Centro Citibanamex runs a tight load-in window and a strict badge protocol. We plan, produce and deliver booth merch so the crates arrive at the right loading dock, at the right hour, with the right paperwork.
Why Centro Citibanamex is a different logistics puzzle
Centro Citibanamex —the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de la Ciudad de México on Avenida del Conscripto, in the Lomas de Sotelo neighborhood— hosts most of the country's B2B launches, financial conventions and technology summits. The building runs a controlled loading schedule: most move-ins happen overnight, suppliers check in at a single gate, and badges are issued in advance by the show organizer. A delivery that misses the slot simply does not get in.
Corp-Merch works backwards from that gate. We start by locking the brief with your brand team, freeze the artwork, push production, and reserve a delivery window at CITIBANAMEX with a tracking number and a time-stamped appointment. For brands running financial, tech or mass-consumer booths, we usually split the delivery into three cuts —pre-move, press day, main exhibition day— so nothing arrives under pressure.
If your merchandise is manufactured abroad, we handle the temporary import under an IMMEX program when one applies, or the definitive import with a USMCA-compliant pedimento when the goods come from Asia or the United States. You receive a clean CFDI 4.0 invoice with the correct tariff classification, and we help with the rectification paperwork when merchandise returns through customs.
Merchandise services we deliver straight to your booth
Booth apparel
Polo shirts, woven shirts, softshell jackets and embroidered vests in Mexican sizing (CH through 2EG). Logo placement follows your brand book: exact Pantone color, embroidery density and stitching that holds up across a full show cycle.
High-volume giveaways
For booths that see thousands of visitors per day: tote bags, notebooks, pens, insulated bottles, power banks and USB drives individually poly-bagged. Capacity up to 20,000 units per order.
Lead-capture items
QR-coded keepsakes linking to your registration form, fridge magnets, enamel pins, woven lanyards and die-cut stickers. Designed to leave the visitor with you, not in a hotel wastebasket.
VIP and speaker kits
Insulated tumblers, premium stationery sets, encrypted USB drives, rigid gift boxes in MDF or grey-board with hot stamping. A curated experience that respects the visual language of your brand.
Production, customs and delivery
The chain from brief to booth has three legs. In the first we consolidate the creative brief and freeze the artwork with your brand team, ideally four to six weeks before move-in. In the second we manufacture in our own workshops or with vetted partner facilities, with signed physical color proofs and a sign-off on the prototype. In the third we deliver to Centro Citibanamex with a tracking label, a pre-arranged time slot, and —for high-volume runs— a Corp-Merch supervisor on site during move-in.
When production happens outside Mexico, we file the import paperwork at AICM or Nuevo Laredo depending on the route. For clients operating under an authorized IMMEX program, samples and trade show gifts can move without VAT under the Returnable Container mechanism; we walk you through the options before signing the quote so you make the fiscal decision with complete information, not on faith.
Suggested planning timeline
Six weeks out: creative brief, product selection, palette validation, brand book review.
Four weeks out: physical prototype approval, quantity lock per SKU, signed contract with deposit.
Two weeks out: production complete, individually labeled packaging, daily-delivery split confirmed.
Show week: staged delivery to the booth, inventory check with your floor coordinator, post-show leftover pick-up.
Frequently asked questions
Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of Centro Citibanamex?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate merchandise vendor. We do not have a sponsorship, exclusivity or official partnership with the venue; our client relationship is always with the brand that rents the booth.
Can you invoice in Mexican pesos and issue a CFDI 4.0?
Yes. We issue CFDI 4.0 with the fiscal regime and CFDI use your accounting team specifies —general public, corporate deductions or export of services when the delivery crosses the border.
What happens if the event changes date or is cancelled?
We allow free date changes up to fourteen calendar days before move-in. After that, the materials already consumed are invoiced according to the production progress; the remainder is rescheduled or credited toward a future event.
Can you deliver 15,000 units in under a month?
Yes, as long as the brief closes in the first seven days of the calendar. We flex production lines, shifts and partner facilities to handle large runs without compromising print quality or packaging time.
