Nuevo León is the heart of Mexico's automotive cluster and one of the strongest industrial nodes in the country. Salón H-4 Corp sits in Cumbres, close to the most relevant arm plants and Tier-1 operations in the north, and within reach of Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe and Apodaca where much of the heavy supplier base runs. When a Detroit OEM flies in for a quarterly business review with its Mexican Tier-1 supplier, this is the kind of room where the meeting closes with dignity: specialty coffee, 4K projection, regional catering featuring cuts of beef from local ranchers.

The hall ships with simultaneous-translation booths in soundproof cabins when the visit brings attorneys or financiers from the US parent, redundant internet, and venue staff trained to answer quality-system questions without needing a third party in the room.

What we deliver at this venue

Plant and OEM-visit uniforms

Mid-weight piqué polo shirts, thermal-lined bomber jackets, high-vis vests and composite-toe boots for production-floor visits. Each garment carries the Mexican supplier's logo on the left chest and, when the contract allows, the OEM client's mark on the right sleeve.

QBR and results material

Executive folders with black faux-leather cover, branded stationery, dividers by chapter (quality, delivery, cost, development), engraved pens, and encrypted USB with the sensitive documentation. Everything in Spanish and English with the company letterhead.

Recognition kits for plant operators

When a supplier marks 25 years of service for an operator, or celebrates a team that passed a difficult audit, we deliver laser-engraved plaques, logo watches, tool sets in metal cases, or insulated bags branded for the cluster. We pick pieces the operator will use for five years, not one day.

Supplier-fair merchandise

For INA PAACE Automechanika, EXPO Manufactura or the Saltillo cluster fair, we deliver complete stands: branded table throws, balloon-chair stools, vertical banners with the supplier's graphic, technical backpacks for qualified visitors, and product samples in corporate boxes.

Production and logistics in Monterrey

For cluster clients we work with partner workshops in Apodaca and San Nicolás de los Garza that handle mid-volume runs on tight schedules, and add capacity from our Vallejo floor when volume warrants. The operational advantage is that we can fulfil Monterrey events without routing through Mexico City, which cuts lead time by roughly five days.

Invoicing for the sector usually runs in Mexican pesos with CFDI 4.0, broken-out IVA and, when applicable, the 4% ISR withholding for foreign residents providing personal services. For Tier-1 suppliers with US parents paying from the corporate office, we issue the foreign-trade complement when the goods cross the border, or a domestic invoice when everything stays in Mexico.

Shipping to Monterrey from our base runs by road with Carta Porte 3.0 when crossing state lines. For metropolitan-zone drops Carta Porte is not required. We coordinate the loading window with the plant's gatehouse and respect production-floor hours.

Planning timeline

  1. 10–12 weeks out: Tier-1 supplier brief, alignment with IATF 16949 and applicable standards.
  2. 6–8 weeks out: textile prototypes, stitch and embroidery QA, quantity lock-in.
  3. 3–4 weeks out: production, final pack-out, bilingual documentation.
  4. 72 hours out: delivery to plant or hall, on-site setup with a supervisor.

Frequently asked questions

Can you handle short pilot runs?

Yes. We routinely produce 50–100 piece runs so the supplier can test the uniform before scaling. Unit cost is higher, but the supplier validates fit, colour and durability before committing to a large batch.

Do you work directly with OEM clients?

When the OEM contracts us directly, we work to their brand and quality standards. When the Tier-1 supplier contracts us, we align with their internal guidelines and respect the OEM's rules around the use of the end customer's logo.

Do you deliver to Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe?

Yes. We deliver regularly to Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Apodaca, San Nicolás, Santa Catarina and García. For events in other northern states such as Chihuahua or Coahuila we extend coverage with an added logistics cost.

Do you invoice with ISR withholding for foreign providers?

Yes. We issue CFDI with the corresponding ISR withholding when the service provider is a foreign resident and Article 161 of the LISR applies. We coordinate with the client's tax team to avoid double taxation.
