Santa Fe holds the Mexican tech ecosystem: global corporates with regional HQs, homegrown scale-ups heading into their Series B, venture funds and a growing class of fintechs with CNBV licences or in the licensing pipeline. Salón H-2 Corp occupies a converted warehouse between Avenida Vasco de Quiroga and the corporate cluster, twenty-five minutes from the airport for visitors flying in from the US or Brazil.

We host everything from a regional rollout for a payments platform to a quarterly engineering offsite with the VP flown in from São Paulo. The acoustics are treated so a product keynote lands clean in the back row without a tour PA, and the room flips in six hours: conference in the morning, workshop in the afternoon, after-party at night.

What we deliver at this venue

Launch swag that speaks the brand

When a Mexican fintech unveils its new debit card or a B2B SaaS ships a critical feature, the merch has to speak the brand's visual language: minimalist boxes, black ink on kraft, die-cut stickers with the product mascot, and organic cotton tees with single-colour screen print. We run short runs from 80 units without trading away finish quality.

Speaker and press kits

For keynotes where the headline voice is an international CPO or a journalist from Bloomberg, Wired or El Financiero, we build kits that travel: roll-top backpack, power bank with built-in cable, Moleskine notebook branded for the event, and an NFC card programmed to the keynote microsite. Everything fits in carry-on and ships with a welcome card in Spanish and English.

Tech and staff uniforms

Piqué polo shirts in colours tuned to the event brand, hoodies for the registration team that spends six hours standing in the lobby, and high-vis vests for the security staff coordinating press access. Compact embroidery, never the full lockup, to keep the visual quiet.

Post-event follow-up merch

Boxes that arrive at each attendee's home three days after the event with a personalised thank-you card, an exclusive discount on the next plan upgrade, and a physical piece the attendee keeps for six months. For companies with US or LATAM offices travelling to the event, we ship directly to their corporate HQ with Carta Porte 3.0.

Production and logistics in Santa Fe

We split production between our Vallejo floor and partner workshops in Tlalnepantla for short personalised runs, which compresses turnaround when the event is in under three weeks. Single-head embroidery and screen printing run at workshops with 800-piece-per-day throughput per station.

Delivery into Santa Fe requires coordination with the building's security desk. Some charge by loading hour, others restrict load-in to 60-minute weekday windows. We solve that at quote time so the client sees logistics cost split from product cost.

For tech companies with US entities but Mexican operations, we invoice in MXN with CFDI 4.0 when delivery happens inside Mexico, and in USD when the shipment ships directly to the event from a US address. That flexibility saves the client from double taxation.

Planning timeline

  1. 10–12 weeks out: technical brief, alignment with the company's brand guidelines, swag material validation.
  2. 6–8 weeks out: artwork approval, press kit prototypes, lock-in of per-segment quantities.
  3. 3–4 weeks out: textile and kit production, final pack-out, QC pass.
  4. 72 hours out: pre-assembly, delivery to venue, on-site tech for the duration of the event.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match logos with reversed art or off-Pantone colours?

Yes. We match PMS or Pantone within Delta E 2 in screen print, embroidery and sublimation. For neon or metallic finishes we recommend pre-tests because the result shifts with the base fibre.

Do you support hybrid events with merch for virtual attendees?

Yes. We ship physical kits to presenters in different Mexican cities, LATAM and the US, and produce personalised QR codes so virtual attendees can redeem a digital or physical piece by mail. This format keeps growing.

Can you sign NDAs for confidential launches?

Yes. We sign a standard NDA or the format your legal team requires. We routinely handle events where the product is announced the same day and the merch cannot leave the workshop until 6 pm the day before.

Do you invoice US parent entities?

Yes. We invoice in USD when delivery or service runs out of a US address. For mixed operations we issue credit notes and rebuild with the SAT exchange rate of the day.
