Estado de México hosts an important node of Mexico's central aerospace corridor, complementary to the Querétaro cluster. Tier-2 and Tier-3 suppliers specialised in precision components, surface treatments and sub-assembly for clients like Safran, Bombardier and Airbus operate here. Salón H-15 Corp sits in the Toluca Industrial Park, near the most relevant plants, and within reach of Toluca airport and AIFA when delegates need quick connections.

The hall is configured for technical presentations with simultaneous translation, dedicated connectivity, and demonstration areas with 4K screens. The kitchen blends Estado de México cuisine with international options for European delegates.

What we deliver at this venue

Technical uniforms for aerospace plant

ESD coats for electronic-assembly areas, anti-static uniforms for sensitive-component handling, antimicrobial polo shirts for clean-room-adjacent zones, and white lab coats for inspection areas. AS9100 compliance documentation ships with every batch.

European-delegate material

Executive folders with faux-leather cover, French-Spanish-English documentation depending on the delegate's origin, encrypted USB with the technical presentation, and gift sets with regional products (Toluca chocolate, Oaxaca cheese when needed) when the client authorises it.

Technical-fair merchandise

For aerospace fairs, advanced-manufacturing events or sector technical events we deliver full stands with branded table throws, vertical banners, corporate folders, technical backpacks with the supplier's mark, and product samples in boxes ready for international shipment.

Technical recognition

Engraved plaques for individual certifications, metal trophies for technical awards, and tool sets in metal cases for technician-of-the-year honours. When the recognition is part of an international programme, the engraving runs in Spanish and English or French.

Production and logistics in Estado de México

For Toluca-Lerma corridor clients we work with partner workshops in Lerma, San Mateo Atenco and Ocoyoacac that know the cadence of central-Mexico manufacturing. For large runs we add capacity from our central Vallejo floor, 35 minutes from the venue.

Invoicing runs in Mexican pesos with CFDI 4.0 including the foreign-trade complement when goods cross the border, and with ISR withholding when Article 161 of the LISR applies to foreign residents. For European clients with operations in Mexico we apply the withholding under the relevant treaties.

Shipment from our central floor runs by local road transport without Carta Porte 3.0 when delivery is within Estado de México. For shipments to other states we run Carta Porte 3.0 with typical 4–6 hour delivery to Querétaro and Puebla.

Planning timeline

  3. 3–4 weeks out: production, final pack-out, bilingual or trilingual documentation.
  4. 72 hours out: delivery to the hall or to the plant, on-site setup with a supervisor.
