Aguascalientes is home to Nissan's Mexican assembly plant. A supplier cluster has grown around it, shipping components to both Aguascalientes assembly plants and other Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi operations in the country. Salón H-12 Corp sits in the North Industrial Park, close to the most relevant Tier-1 and Tier-2 operations, and 30 minutes from the Nissan A1 and A2 plants. When a delegation from Yokohama arrives for a quarterly business review with a Mexican supplier, this is the venue chosen for its operational proximity.

The hall is configured for technical presentations with simultaneous Japanese-Spanish translation, 4K projection, and catering that blends Mexican menu with international options for the Asian delegates. The service team knows Japanese visit hours: early breakfast, lunch at noon, day closes at 5 pm.

What we deliver at this venue

Plant and technical-staff uniforms

Uniforms aligned with the Japanese OEM's brand guidelines for staff who interact with Japanese auditors, ESD coats for electrification areas, branded polos for administrative personnel, and colour-coded vests to differentiate functions on the production floor.

Japanese-delegation material

Rigid-cover executive folders, Japanese-Spanish documentation when needed, USB with the technical presentation, and gift sets that respect Japanese culture: we avoid pieces in the number four, we steer away from pure white associated with mourning in some regions, and we review every choice to avoid cultural missteps.

Autoparts fair merchandise

For INA PAACE Automechanika or Bajío sector fairs we deliver full stands with branded table throws, vertical banners, corporate folders, technical backpacks with the supplier's mark, and product samples in boxes ready for international shipment.

Plant-team recognition

Engraved plaques for tenure, metal trophies for continuous-improvement prizes, and faux-leather-bound printed awards for year-end recognition. When the programme is part of a contract with Japanese headquarters, the engraving runs bilingual.

Production and logistics in Aguascalientes

For automotive-cluster clients we work with partner workshops in San Francisco de los Romo, Jesús María and Pabellón de Arteaga that know the Japanese OEM's standards and the Bajío's timelines. For large runs we add capacity from our central Vallejo floor when volume warrants.

Invoicing runs in Mexican pesos with CFDI 4.0 including the foreign-trade complement when goods cross the border, and with ISR withholding when Article 161 of the LISR applies to foreign residents. For Tier-1 suppliers with Japanese headquarters we apply the corresponding withholding under the Mexico-Japan double-tax treaty.

Shipment from our central floor runs by consolidated road transport with Carta Porte 3.0 to Aguascalientes, typically 4–5 hours. For urgent express events we run air freight from Mexico City.

Planning timeline

  1. 10–12 weeks out: Tier-1 supplier brief, alignment with Japanese OEM guidelines.
  2. 6–8 weeks out: textile prototypes, compliance validation, quantity lock-in.
  3. 3–4 weeks out: production, final pack-out, bilingual Japanese-Spanish documentation.
  4. 72 hours out: delivery to the hall or to the plant, on-site setup with a supervisor.
