The Salón H-1 Corp sits three blocks off Avenida Presidente Masaryk on a tree-lined street that has quietly become the address of choice for wealth managers, family offices and diplomatic missions. The operating team is used to coordinating evenings where guests arrive by private car, expect discretion and judge every detail. The hall ships with inverter HVAC, a Dante audio backbone, dimmable lighting and a hot kitchen plumbed straight into the service floor — five-course tasting menus run on time without the lag that ruins a dinner.

When a Swiss wealth boutique hosts its annual client dinner for Mexican investors with USD 5M+ in AUM, or when a Monterrey-based family office flies in its New York advisor for a private presentation, this is the kind of room they ask for. It is not a convention centre: it is a hall where the menu's lithography, the linen's colour and the quality of the staff's uniform all carry the message the firm is sending.

What we deliver at this venue

Service staff uniforms

White Peruvian cotton shirts, black bow ties, full-length corduroy aprons and waistcoats colour-matched to the event palette. Discreet embroidery of the financial firm's or family office's monogram on the left chest, in bone thread so it does not break the room's sobriety.

VIP welcome kits

Rigid boxes with magnetic closure, personalised with the event monogram. Contents: soft-touch faux-leather notebook, metal rollerball pen, menu card with sommelier pairing, and a courtesy piece (slim wallet or silk scarf). We invoice in MXN with CFDI 4.0 and, when the client requests, break out tax lines for home delivery.

Year-end client gifts

Wealth managers shipping end-of-year gifts to their top clients want pieces that earn their place: writing sets in wooden cases, engraved spirit bottles, or specialty coffee sets in reusable boxes. MOQ from 50 units with full personalisation.

Event team credentials

Rigid lanyards in burgundy or racing-green faux leather, silk cords with the event crest, and pins for the security team. For diplomatic receptions we add textile bands with the visiting country's flag, without crossing the line into formal protocol.

Production and logistics in Polanco

Our production floor in Vallejo is about 35 minutes from the venue in normal traffic. That proximity lets us run same-day emergency replenishment for the gift table or staff uniform changes when a last-minute size adjustment comes through. We hold permanent stock of linens, glassware and service pieces, which compresses lead time when the event is in under 72 hours.

For corporate clients we invoice in Mexican pesos with CFDI 4.0 including IVA breakdown, ISR withholding when applicable, and the Carta Porte 3.0 complement whenever the shipment crosses state lines — which in Polanco is rare. If the client prefers to bill in USD for a parent office in New York, Zurich or London, we issue the receipt in dollars at the SAT's published exchange rate, which keeps the corporate reconciliation clean.

All loading enters through the venue's rear alley so the main guest entrance stays untouched. We coordinate loading windows with the venue's operations team and respect late-afternoon schedules so we never collide with the previous event's teardown.

Planning timeline

  1. 8–10 weeks out: client brief, palette definition, material selection for uniforms and kits, first firm quote in MXN or USD.
  2. 5–6 weeks out: artwork approval and physical prototypes, lock-in of sizes and VIP quantities, production scheduling.
  3. 2–3 weeks out: textile and merch production, final pack-out, point-by-point QC.
  4. 48–72 hours out: delivery to venue, on-site setup with a supervisor, final walk-through with maître d' and venue team.

Frequently asked questions

Can you produce fewer than 50 VIP kits?

Yes. We handle a 25-piece MOQ for Polanco welcome kits because several family offices keep their invitation lists tight. Below 25 pieces the unit cost rises and production extends by two weeks.

Do you work with the venue's manager or with our planner directly?

Whichever you prefer. If your planner or corporate coordinator is running point, we follow their lead. If you'd rather talk to us directly, we deal only with you and the venue's maître d'.

Can you service events that use two halls at once?

Yes. We have run events where one hall hosts dinner and a second hosts the after-party with a full uniform changeover at 11 pm. We quote each setup separately so the client sees the incremental cost.

Do you invoice in US dollars?

Yes. We issue CFDI 4.0 in USD at the SAT's daily exchange rate for corporate clients whose parent office consolidates in dollars. If the parent pays from Switzerland, the UK or the US, the invoice lands ready for their ERP.
