Salon A-8: the room where the regional manager closes Q1 and the field promoter leaves with the technical backpack packed for the next territory

Salon A-8 is the regional training room of the corporate campus: 180 square metres in a classroom layout with 6 work tables for 8 people each, capacity for 48 to 60 attendees, central lectern with 85-inch screen, audio system with wireless microphone for the trainer, 6 auxiliary screens for the tables, flipcharts per table, lounge with coffee break, exit to the side garden for the field dynamic. This is where the regional sales force trainings run (regional zone managers, field promoters, point-of-sale supervisors), where the new field staff onboardings happen, where the call centre operators from the mid-size cities train, where the franchisees update, and where the distributor refresher workshops land. What separates Salon A-8 is that the merch is not decorative: it is the working tool of the promoter in the territory for the next three months.

Merch packages for Salon A-8

Promoter kit

Production of 48 to 80 pieces for the field promoters and the regional managers attending the training. Ballistic nylon technical backpack with the corporate isotype, practical contents (USB drive with the sales manual and tracking boards, printed route sheets per region, card with the regional coordinator's phone number, paperweight, roller pen). Delivery at training start with kit signature and per-region registration.

Training manual

Production of 48 to 80 copies of the bound training manual (180 to 280 pages on 130 g matte coated stock, hotmelt or sewn binding, full-colour cover with the corporate isotype). Each manual is coded with the promoter's name and the assigned region on the cover, serving as documentary evidence for the corporate training file with the human resources area.

Trainer merch

Uniforms for the external trainer and the Salon A-8 logistics staff. Corporate polo, vest, credential, Moleskine-style notebook with the corporate isotype, roller pen. Professional pressing, delivered to back-of-house 90 minutes before doors open.

Training certificate

Production of 48 to 80 certificates printed on heavy stock with dry seal of the corporate and the trainer, trainer's wet signature, folio number, and subsequent dispatch of the digitally signed PDF with SAT seal when the corporate requires documentary evidence for the training file. The certificate meets the requirements of the human resources area to evidence the quarterly mandatory training of the field staff and the franchisees.

Salon A-8 logistics, access and material custody

Salon A-8 runs on the same lateral dock of the campus that serves Salons A-1 to A-7: the dock accepts 12-ton trailers, and the 3.5-ton box truck has its own ramp on the east side. Training access requires prior ID, the campus credential and the Salon A-8 logbook signature; the training material (backpacks, manuals, USB drives, certificates) enters through the dock and stays in back-of-house until doors open. The promoter kit chain of custody is particularly sensitive: the backpacks with the technical material and the USB drives with the sales manual are handed to the promoter with a signed delivery receipt, and the corporate keeps the signed copy as evidence of delivery for the training file. Unused backpacks are returned at the close of training and stored in the campus store for the next event.

For trainings with international trainer presence (typically from the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America), we handle invoicing in USD at the Banco de Mexico FIX rate from the day before the training, with USMCA compliance and deduction support as Training or Human Resources expense in the corporate fiscal close. For trainings with IMMEX or US operations, we handle complementary invoicing to the SAT with the 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA compliance support when the promoter kit crosses the border as part of the training material for international operations.

Salon A-8 compliance, restrictions and permits

Salon A-8 enforces operating rules the merch must respect: no unauthorised recording devices (sales force trainings contain confidential corporate material and the manual usually requires a signed confidentiality agreement), no merch with noise or distraction elements, no food inside the room (only closed-container coffee and water), no POP material with competitor logos. For trainings that require limited-edition merch (numbered anniversary training programme backpack, USB with the updated sales manual), we coordinate with the campus operations team to ensure the piece clears the security protocol, the training protocol and the confidentiality protocol when applicable.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Training, Human Resources or Sales Force expense depending on how the merch is used. For corporates with IMMEX or US exposure, we handle complementary invoicing in USD or EUR with USMCA compliance support when the promoter kit crosses the border as part of the training material for international operations. Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement when applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments.

Salon A-8 frequently asked questions

Can you code the manual with the promoter name and the assigned region?

Yes — we run a quarterly cadence with editorial review of the manual and promoter kit updates whenever relevant changes land (new territories, new products, new promotions). Coordination with the corporate regional manager for the editorial curation of the manual and the kit review.

Can you invoice as training expense?

Yes — we issue CFDI 4.0 to the SAT with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Training, Human Resources or Sales Force expense depending on how the kit is used.
