Salon A-11: the room where the CFO presents next year's capex and the institutional investor kit leaves with the signed annual report

Salon A-11 is the investor day room of the corporate campus: 220 square metres in a horseshoe layout with capacity for 140 to 200 people, central stage for the CFO presentation with lectern and backdrop LED screen, CEO lectern for the Q&A session, adjacent press room with 30 working positions and 4 editorial islands, foyer for the coffee break, private room for CEO one-on-one meetings with institutional analysts, encrypted videoconferencing system for transmission to international brokerage houses. This is where the annual investor days run, where the public quarterly earnings presentations land, where the institutional investor relations events gather (asset managers, pension funds, family offices), where the financial disclosure sessions for sell-side analysts happen, and where the 3 to 5-year strategic plan launches open.

Salon A-11 logistics, access and kit custody

Salon A-11 runs on a restricted lateral dock: the dock accepts 12-ton trailers within restricted hours, and the 3.5-ton box truck has its own ramp on the east side. Room access requires prior ID with fingerprint, the campus credential and the Salon A-11 logbook signature; the investor material enters through the dock and stays in back-of-house until doors open. The investor kit chain of custody is particularly sensitive: the lever-arch files with the financial documentation and the encrypted USB drives are handed to the investor with a signed delivery receipt, and the corporate keeps the signed copy as evidence of delivery for the investor file with the applicable financial regulator.

For investor days with international analyst presence (typically from the US, Canada, Europe and Asia), we handle invoicing in USD at the Banco de Mexico FIX rate from the day before the event, with USMCA compliance and deduction support as Investor Relations or Corporate Communications expense in the corporate fiscal close. For groups with dual listings (BMV and NYSE/Nasdaq), we handle bilingual (es/en) invoicing and USMCA compliance when the investor kit crosses the border as part of the disclosure material for institutional investors resident abroad.

Salon A-11 confidentiality, compliance and restrictions

Salon A-11 enforces operating rules the merch must respect: no phones inside the room during analyst Q&A (institutional investors use the press room for their devices), no merch with noise or distraction elements, no large backpacks or bags inside the room, no POP material with third-party logos (frequently requested by issuer corporates), no outside food or beverages beyond the campus catering service. For investor days that require limited-edition merch (annual report signed by the CEO, paperweight with the strategic plan year, hand-bound book tracing the corporate history), we coordinate with the campus operations team to ensure the piece clears the security protocol, the disclosure protocol and the broadcast protocol when the investor day is transmitted to international brokerage houses.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Investor Relations, Corporate Communications or Public Relations expense depending on how the merch is used. For corporates with IMMEX or US exposure, we handle complementary invoicing in USD or EUR with USMCA compliance support when the kit crosses the border as part of the disclosure material. Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement when applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments.
