Mixed Plaza — where the Mexican corporate runs mass brand activation in Zócalo-style square with 5,000 passersby, mobile stage and live streaming to 50,000 TV viewers
The Mixed Plaza is the Zócalo-style, Plaza de la República, Plaza de las Tres Culturas, Plaza Tapatía, Plaza de Armas or Plaza Fundadores public square where the Mexican corporate runs its mass brand activation for Labour Day, Women's Day, Children's Day, corporate anniversary or social responsibility programme launch. Capacity runs 3,000 to 12,000 passersby in open activation format, 800 to 3,600 seated attendees in mobile stage format, or 200 to 600 attendees in institutional booth format. What distinguishes the Mixed Plaza from any closed room is not the public space, but the mobile stage with LED lighting calibrated for day and night visibility, the professional sound system covering the full square, the live streaming to 50,000 to 250,000 connected TV viewers, and the merch dispatched to the remote attendee's home or handed in person to the passerby with mass kit of the day. The merch that arrives here operates as passerby kit (waterproof bag with organic cotton tote), as seated attendee kit (box with brand product), as plaza staff kit, and as stage staff kit.

The live transmission runs with AES-256 GCM encryption and SRTP protocol, with HLS/DASH adaptive streaming to serve audiences of 50,000 to 250,000 TV viewers connected in CDMX and the rest of Mexico.
For activations with diplomatic corps attendance (US Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Spanish Embassy, German Embassy), we follow the diplomatic protocol and the Law on Diplomatic Treaties and Protocol. For activations with public official attendance (CDMX Head of Government, state Governor, Municipal President), we follow the official protocol and the activation agenda.

For activations with civil society attendance (NGOs, collectives, civic movements), we follow the civil society protocol and coordinate with the corporate social responsibility team.
Mixed Plaza compliance and regulatory framework
The Mixed Plaza has rules the merch must respect: no merch with noise elements (bells, alarms, pre-recorded voices), no merch with third-party logos not authorised by the corporate, no merch with flammable or sharp materials, no delivery to minors without responsible adult, no delivery to persons other than the adult passerby. For activations with media coverage (Televisa, TV Azteca, Milenio TV, N+, ADN40, El Universal TV), we follow the corporate media manual and coordinate with the media training team.
For activations with passerby presence in foreign-exchange-control countries (Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria), we support customs declaration of the kit with declared value below the duty-free threshold or full declaration when the value exceeds it. For activations with expatriate passerby presence in the United States, Canada, UK, Germany or Singapore, we handle international dispatch via FedEx International or UPS Worldwide with USMCA compliance when applicable.
For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Public Relations, Marketing or Training expense, depending on the merch use. For corporates with IMMEX operations, we provide complementary SAT invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA support when the kit crosses the border as part of the client merchandising. For corporates with fintech operations, we provide complementary invoicing with fintech-regime support. For corporates with social responsibility or cultural patronage operations, we provide complementary invoicing with support for compliance with article 79 of LISR for donations to non-profit institutions.
Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with foreign trade complement when the kit crosses the border, and with payment complement when the corporate pays in in partial payments. For activations with passerby presence in jurisdictions with international shipping restrictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk), we suspend dispatch and substitute with corporate electronic gift card to maintain institutional recognition equity.
