Virtual Studio logistics, production and custody

The Virtual Studio operates with a single physical access. The corporate client or agency enters the studio with valid client credential and valid studio staff credential, with identity verification via valid INE and registry in the studio logbook. Entry happens 60 to 90 minutes before the streaming for setup, camera calibration, lighting adjustment, chroma calibration, audio and teleprompter tests, and host general rehearsal.

The live streaming platform runs with AES-256 GCM encryption and SRTP protocol, with HLS/DASH adaptive streaming to serve audiences with limited bandwidth in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Mérida, Tijuana, León, Puebla, Cancún, Veracruz and the rest of Mexico. The program recording is stored with 90-day retention for client or premium viewer download, with LFPDPPP compliance for viewer personal data handling.

For productions with large corporate client attendance (bank, insurer, investment fund, corporate with +5,000 employees), we follow the client production manual and coordinate with the client communications team. For productions with diplomatic corps attendance (US Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Spanish Embassy, German Embassy), we follow the diplomatic protocol and the Law on Diplomatic Treaties and Protocol.

For productions with public official attendance (Ministry of Economy, Bancomext, SE, PROFECO, COFECE, IFT), we follow the official protocol and the program agenda. For productions with CNBV, Banco de México, UIF or CONDUSEF attendance, we follow the official compliance manual and applicable legislation.

Virtual Studio compliance and regulatory framework

The Virtual Studio has rules the merch must respect: no merch with noise elements (bells, alarms, pre-recorded voices) to avoid feedback in the host audio, no merch with third-party logos not authorised by the client, no merch with flammable or sharp materials, no delivery to persons other than the verified host or guest presenter. For productions with viewer attendance in foreign-exchange-control countries (Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria), we support customs declaration of the kit with declared value below the duty-free threshold or full declaration when the value exceeds it.

For productions with expatriate viewer attendance in the United States, Canada, UK, Germany or Singapore, we handle international dispatch via FedEx International or UPS Worldwide with USMCA compliance when applicable. For productions with viewer attendance in free trade zones (Querétaro, León, Salamanca, Irapuato, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí), we provide complementary invoicing with free-trade-zone operating expense deduction support.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Public Relations, Marketing or Training expense, depending on the merch use. For clients with IMMEX operations, we provide complementary SAT invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA support when the kit crosses the border as part of the client merchandising. For clients with fintech operations (IFPE, ITF, IFC), we provide complementary invoicing with fintech-regime support.

Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with foreign trade complement when the kit crosses the border, and with payment complement when the client pays in instalments. For productions with viewer attendance in jurisdictions with international shipping restrictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk), we suspend dispatch and substitute with client electronic gift card to maintain recognition equity.
