About the venue
Cintermex opened in 1979 as the country's first purpose-built convention centre, and remains the flagship industrial-event venue in northern Mexico. The complex includes the main exhibition halls (more than 18,000 m² of indoor exhibition space distributed across halls A through D), the outdoor exhibition area, the Salón de Convenciones (used for AGMs and large-format meetings), and the Cintermex Forum (the auditorium used for keynote sessions). The venue hosts more than 80 trade shows and congresses each year.

Eugenio Garza Sada; the freight entrance is on the south side of the building with direct access to the loading dock and the merchandise area. The venue is 30 minutes from Monterrey International Airport (Gen Mariano Escobedo), 15 minutes from San Pedro Garza García corporate towers, and 10 minutes from the Macroplaza.

Delivery logistics at Cintermex
Stand-side delivery is coordinated through the south-side freight entrance on Av. Fundadores. Load-in appointments are scheduled 48 hours in advance with the Cintermex operations team and require event name, date, contact, and merchandise description. For FABTECH Mexico and Mexico Auto Industry Summit runs above 500 pieces we recommend delivery in two partials — the first 48 hours before build-up, the second 24 hours before public opening.
Invoicing is issued as CFDI 4.0 with a 16% IVA breakdown before SAT and delivered the same day as the delivery. USD billing is available for foreign exhibitors. For international merch brought in under the temporary-import regime, we coordinate with your customs broker to issue the documentation required by SAT. Rush production (3–5 working days) carries a +35% surcharge and applies only to standard decoration methods (screen printing and DTF).
