Pavilion rental is managed through the seasonal calendar and aligned with the complex availability. The Banamex operates under a mixed regime: expo season at the venue, annual congresses with organizer box office, fair exhibitions with rented pavilions, corporate events with expo-style production and press rounds with national coverage. For industrial expos with modular pavilion, delivery is scheduled 48 to 72 hours ahead at the service access on Filadelfia street. For annual association congresses, delivery is scheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead at the main access on Conscripto. For annual corporate conventions, delivery is scheduled 24 hours ahead at the main esplanade with logistics coordinated by the wedding planner. For product launches, delivery is scheduled 24 hours ahead at the convention hall with the communications lead.
For official sponsors with exhibition space rights in the expo, delivery is scheduled to the assigned pavilion with timing coordinated with the complex administrator. For press rounds with specialized press, delivery is scheduled to the press room with the communications lead. For multinational corporates with permanent office in the adjacent WTC we run direct delivery to the corporate office with coordinated timing. The invoice is issued under CFDI 4.0 to the SAT with 16% VAT breakdown before delivery, and the payment supplement is generated when you settle via SPEI or wire transfer.
